I’ve bought a few pieces in Montecristo for several years even when it was still in Victoria Drive. Every visit is a good visit. This time, I brought my ring for resizing. Dorison was really helpful and accommodating. She even cleaned the earrings that I bought from them before. Service is exceptional. Thanks, Dorison!

Just bought my wedding bands from here with my fiance!! Such an amazing experience! Dorison helped us out throughout the entire time, giving us her honest opinion and finding something that is within our budget. I loved the service that Dorison provided for us. Will definitely come here again for high quality diamonds and jewlery. You are spending a bit more than the regular stores like Ben Moss or Michaels, but I think it is totally worth it!

I've been wanting to buy Mikimoto pearl earrings but I ended up getting the necklace as well. They are so pretty and I wanna give credits to Dorison for helping me find the one that fits me well. She is very friendly and knows what her client want. I can't wait for my next jewelry purchase.

My wife and I recently visited the store at the Metrotown location and Dorison was there to assist us. My wife has purchased many pieces of fine jewelry from Dorison in the past and Dorison is always cheerful and great at finding what my wife is looking for. As Dorison was assisting us on this recent visit, I picked up the latest issue of the store's Montecristo magazine on the counter and I was trying to recall an article that I came across recently from another (older but recent) issue of the magazine so I decided to ask Dorison if she had it. Unfortunately, she said she didn’t have that issue in the store at the time, but much to my surprise, she went above and beyond and a couple of days later, informed me that she found me a copy of that magazine issue with the article I was looking for! With this kind of customer service, it’s no wonder my wife always goes back to Dorison for all of her fine jewelry needs.

I recently purchased my first Blancpain watch from Dorison at the Montecristo Metro Boutique. Dorison was amazing to work with! She curated a selection of beautiful watches for me to try on and treated me and my family like gold. The sales experience was very professional and She paid meticulous attention to detail with everything they did for me. She followed up with me after my purchase to make sure I was satisfied. In a world where business is often taken for granted and attention to detail is sometimes lost Dorison and the team at Montecristo went above and beyond to wow me and I would highly recommend them to anybody considering purchasing a luxury timepiece.

The Montecristo Jewelers in Metrotown is a high-end jewelry store that carries many brands. I've known Dorision for years, since she worked at Oakridge mall, and now moved to Metrotown. She has been always enthusiastic to help me, no matter the price of item, and I always have a positive experience with her. I also recommend friend to her and feel the same way. It was lucky to meet her at first time and has been friends over the years. If you go to Metrotown store and happens she serve you, you’re lucky! You’ll buy your desire thing with the good price!

Cheesy & Confrontational salesman.I popped in to look at watches and the sales agent was incredibly off putting.I was looking at Glushutte watches and wanted to see a particular model.Things I learned from him in this odd 3 minute interaction:1) They're the only company that makes a stainless steel watch with blue dial.Except of course Rolex, Cartier, Omega, Breitling, Vacheron, Patek, AP, & you know, everyone else.2) Thin watches are bad and thick watches are good. Top watch manufacturers spend endless hours trying to make movements thinner, but this guy knows better apparently.3) Glushutte isn't German, they're Swiss. Someone better tell the manufacturer and their marketing departmentThen he started talking about his 20 years in the industry like he was applying for a job form me or trying to prove how knowledgeable he was.All of these points were unnecessary and prompted by him for no reason. I wasn't looking for a battle of horology or argument, I just wanted to look at a watch. No idea whey he wanted to go into such tangents to flex his position.I have purchased watches at many Vancouver stores including Palladio, Rodeo, Vacheron Constintan and IWC and inquired at every other watch store in the city and never had such a weird encounter.Sounds like the same middle ages Asian man other reviews here have mentioned. Maybe he's just a bad apple and not representative of the other staff, but I would never buy anything from him, not even a used car.

Haven't bought anything yet. But will be back for sure. Jewelry technician was super helpful in recommending watches. Full of knowledge and not just there to open up a glass case and show the watches. Luxury brands have stories and staff here knows how to tell it.
