After my original mechanic shop closed doors, my mechanic went to work for this company. I only know the manager and Dan. I have not gone anywhere else since. Great personalities and sense of humor plus professional.

Scheduled a confirmed appointment for a maintenance tune-up at 330pm. The car was dropped off at 3:15pm and took a few minutes to write down contact information. I was told I'll get a call when it's done, very typical.
I went for lunch and headed back at 440pm to look for an update as I hadn't heard back -- and I noted my car hadn't moved. Turns out the job was forgotten and hadn't even begun, so the mechanic started on it right away.
Wrote this as I'm still waiting by their small reception area.
Could be a one-off? Not a pleasant experience, would not recommend.
Responding to the response regarding absence of my appointment:
What a joke. My number ends with 0345; my first name on record starts with the same name shown here; my appointment was made for the aforementioned time. I believe it was actually the owner, whose name is Eddie, that his colleague left the work for him but it never got picked up. So, if the response came from the owner, then you should at least have a mental record of it.
Low effort. What a disappointment.

Highly recommended. Eddie and team are honest, friendly and know their cars. Being female, they didn't try to upsell or rip me off. They also finished my oil change and brake fluid in a timely manner and didn't make my car greasy or dirty like some other shops.
Since the area is pretty close to other stores like Starbucks, Dollarama, restaurants etc... it's a nice walk while you wait for your car instead of waiting in the lobby :)

Tow company suggested to bring my car here. Parked overnight and called a few times but was able to explain the problem to the rep. They were able to pinpoint the issue and fixed the vehicle in a few hours. I have never fixed a starter but im guessing the price was reasonable but im sure it’s cheaper than a dealership. No issues with vehicle so far.

Walked in to ask if they could check smtg out on my vehicle, the guy at the counter was very stiff, unfriendly, and to be honest a little rude for no reason. Mayhe they dont work on european cars?? Im not sure what the reason was but I decided to just walk out because of the rude attitude. Went to a different shop right by them and the guys there were very knowledgeable and friendly....

Needed a screw removed from my front right tire. A few places couldn't take me immediately - one even said they were booked up for 2 weeks out!! Mr Lube said that the screw was in a no-fix zone of the tire so I needed to replace the whole tire!!After driving around, by late afternoon I took it to Minit-Tune on Imperial & Macpherson, who took me in right away. Very professional in ensuring all tires were filled up before returning my car. Total cost for screw removal = $35 in approx 30 mins!! Great job and I'd come back for other car issues in the future!

I drive 30 minutes out of my way to come here. Honest and friendly people, who actually show you the problem before they work (not just tell) and even show you the parts that they have replaced at pickup so you have peace of mind about the work being done. Also they don't just want to take your money. They only do work if it's necessary, which is great when on a budget. Always leave feeling confident and comfortable with my car being safe and maintained properly. 10/10 would recommend!

I have been coming here for 10 years. I absolutely love Terry and the team! They are honest and always have done a great job in keeping our vehicles maintained. I moved to Coquitlam area but still drive back here.
