I was so overwhelmed for the excellent customer service that I experienced last week Thursday when I made a phone call to inquire and ask for assistance with regards for the Tire that I need to purchase. With the help of Brad , his expertise about the Tire , it helps me to make a right decision. And booked me the next day to replace my 4-Tire with new one (Goodyear All Weather Tire) . I was so satisfied for the Excellent Customer Service ??????

I used to go to Mr. lube for engine oil change because I didn’t know Midas had same service available.I just got engine oil change service now, and the report detail and service were pretty good.I will definitely come back again for next service.

Got a flat tire and didn't know whether or not to drive over. Alin the general manager was nice enough to give me his cell number so I can text him a photo of the tire. My car was ready for driving after less than 30 mins in the shop. Alin wouldn't even charge me for the service but instead asked for a good review - so here it is! Very good and speedy customer service.

I have been taking my older BMW to this location and it has been a great experience. They also have specialized staff who can diagnose and fix car issues in a timely manner with a fair price. It is interesting that Midas was able to fix a few problems with my car that a few other mechanics at different locations were not able to diagnose or fix.

Allan and the team did an amazing job helping me through the process of finding and diagnosing many issues in my truck, working with me through the process of going through insurance, and giving me a very fair price in the end. I started taking my car here for oil changes after my Toyota service contract expired and I’m very satisfied. The service is fast and transparent - I like that they email me a detailed status after the car is checked. They even include pictures so I can see exactly what was done and if anything needs service.

I recently had an oil change at this Midas location and everything went well as normal. Then a couple days ago, my car was leaking some oil. It could have been a faulty part - I don't know. But after I reported it, Charleen called me and offered to make it right.I really appreciate the level of customer service from Charleen and the other employees at this location! Will definitely be returning.

On my way to work, got a huge nail stuck in the tire. Went to multiple spots but was told I'll have to wait until the next day or Canadian tire suggesting that it'll be an entire tire change. Pulled up to Midas and Alen made sure my issue was resolved within a few hours. I can't emphasize how much I appreciate the service and them not low balling me. Charged me the cost of labor and patching the tire.

Called in with a flat tire in a panic, they were able to help me same day and get everything done for me by the end of the day. They were able to replace two tires on my car and gave me options to choose which tire I wanted. I let them know I wouldn’t be able to answer my phone while at work so the wonderful Charlene texted me updates through the day which made the whole process a lot easier. They have also done a full service on my other vehicle which was quick and easy. Highly recommend if you need fast and friendly service!Service: Tires

They’re very upfront with their pricing and will tell you what maintenance needs prioritizing and what could wait. My partner is the one who brought our car here initially and i’ve taken it back couple times after and i must say, it’s one of the few shops i don’t feel like i’m being overcharged when he’s not with me.
