I frequently visit Vancouver and I found this place during my recent trip as I was on the hunt for Pokemon cards and their newest releases. They had the stock available for a reasonable price! I went 2 different days and both of the staff were super helpful and friendly. What a great place to visit! Will definitely come back whenever I’m in the city!

Used to have: Nice, clean store with a good selection of goods. Friendly staff.
2024: Weekend staff are unhelpful and rude. Guy can't even be bothered to guy off his seat to look or answer properly. "Oh it's all there somewhere" I hope he's a volunteer.
Poor customer service. Limited comic selection and only gets in maybe 2-5 copies of new releases.

A very cool store with great selection. A friend recommend it while on vacation and was able to grab another copy of Waid Flash vol. 2. The owner Johnny was super helpful. Would go back again.

Ultimately just a great place to buy some comics. Every time I’m in the store I find something new to buy, regularly something I’ve been looking for! Not only that but a tremendously friendly staff make things easy as possible and very convenient. Objectively a really cool place to buy comics. There’s other collectibles there too, but I’m there for comics.
Metropolis Comics is a place you simply must check out if you’re in the area, you’ll find more comics to buy than you’ll have money to buy. Top class store!

Fantastic store, great and friendly staff, clean, good selection, and welcoming . One of my favourite comic stores i've been to (One of the best places to check out for Free Comic Book Day). Shout out to Johnny, and the friendly knowledgeable staff who make every visit worthwhile.
