I dealt with metropawn owner for the last five years and whenever I’ve needed help, they have been there and if I needed to go past the loan date, the owner was always willing to negotiate and help me out. This is the only shop I would trust to leave my property at knowing if I needed more time, they would always honour the loan as long as you honoured your end and paid for the extension.

Well I went back in there two days ago and a lot of difference in attitude. I was very happy I went back in and I'm glad that I gave them a second chance because they were very hospitable. They were polite and I will deal with them again. Their prices were always fair and I believe that they realize that I was a customer that brought them good stuff. And yeah so give it a shot go in there. Check them out. Just make sure you got all your ID , if you're going to pawn something

They pay next to nothing and the tickets will confuse you and they ounce and take everything and they will say it’s gone and melted. Stay far from here.

They do good business and are also very fair with prices and loans. From my experience they are understanding when it comes to hard times and will do there best to make an effort with getting your item back on a pawn if you communicate with them.

Zero stars is much more suitable. Rude and obnoxious. Overpriced junk.Edit: Not my problem you have a bad memory. Just look at the other reviews and the picture becomes very clear...it's pretty obvious you are well known for poor customer service, bad attitude and like to argue with customers.

I've been doing business with Metro Pawn for a few years now and couldn't be happier with their service. They are friendly and offer fair prices. They've been very generous by accepting a pawn for a loan when I was in a tight situation, which I'm grateful for. Overall, I would highly recommend them. 20 years Experience!!!!Best place anybody looking for a professional and reasonable loan these guys are the people to help you out and also if you are looking for a good deal interms of jewelry or tools etc none beter than metro pawn please disregard other reviews and check out these guys any questions ask your local metro pawn brokers they well always help you out

I went to this shop in search of an electric guitar. The employees were friendly and didn’t try to pressure me into buying as well as allowed me to come back in to get a better look as well as take pictures to get a second opinion as none of us could definitively identify the exact model. They pretty much lent me a pick and left me alone to inspect and test out the unit which was great. I can’t say much about prices, haggling or the pawning aspect of this store as I didn’t end up making the purchase but I left the shop with a good experience
