Came here for a pick-me-up today and was met with friendly and knowledgeable staff who kindly offered a very generous sample to try. I am a big fan of a variety of products including their shampoo and bubble bars, bath bombs and the sleepy line.Kudos to great marketing for their items and a welcoming atmosphere for customers. My 10-year old calls this place her happy place as well.

I came to store today evening. The team has excellent knowledge about the products. Amira walked me through the entire line of soaps, shampoos, perfumes and helped me in my selection. She helped me in creating an entire gift package. Dev walked me through the scrubs and men’s line of products. Both were polite and answered all the questions I had. I will be back for sure.

Encountered a rude and disruptive employee today. I was an avid customer of Lush but not anymore. I’ll choose other options. I didn’t get the employees name, kinda looks like Zuch’s relative. He should work on his customer service skills. However, the other employees today, April 23, were helpful and kind hence 2 stars

I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service at this establishment. My recent experience was unprofessional. After I paid I told the cashier twice to keep the change as I couldn’t keep it in my wallet, she ignored it put it on the counter making awkward faces. I won't be returning and would advise others to seek better service elsewhere. This was a disappointing experience overall.

Shout out to Tamara and Kurt who were amazing party hosts! My friend had her bachelorette here and everyone had a blast from DIY bath bomb session to hand massages. The girls all recommended doing parties at Lush and when the guys heard, we were definitely envious!

The staff at this location are very nice, especially Dev. He has helped us quite a few times in the store and made our experience wonderful. He is very knowledgable about the products and helped us pick products of our choice. At the same time, he is never pushy. Always a pleasant experience visiting this store.

The staff are friendly. Some testers seems like they need to be clean as the bottles are dirty and go on your hand when you test them.
