I called this location to ask about a baby formula, they transferred my call 3 times to different departments. And yet no one is knowing anything. It’s very unprofessional and you’re wasting people’s time and energy.
London Drugs do better, train your employees.

Usually I prefer London drugs. Came to print photos today; they still have a massive sign that says 1-hr photo, but turns out it's actually 2.5hrs average to get the photos printed.
I cancelled my order because it wouldn't work for me to wait 2.5hrs.
Right after, I went online and uploaded my photo and sent it to Victoria dr London drugs. I got notified my photo was ready within 10 mins after my order was placed.
Not sure if Brentwood location is too busy, or not busy enough. For reference, I was printing 1 photo, so it wasnt a lot.
London drugs won't lose my business based on the customer service I received today, but this location will.

The woman with curly hair and glasses who works at the customer service desk is absolutely terrible at customer service. It's genuinely ironic they would staff such a position. Overall this store is genuinely disorganized, with lots of staff who just stand around and don't seem to do much at all. Don't bother.

Anything electronic, ask for Jet. Incredible customer service. Blessed he was at work today to help me with a faulty headset I purchased the day before. You're the man, ty!!!! ?

I don't usually leave reviews for london drugs lol (even though I really prefer it over shoppers drug mart) but the staff here were so sweet and helpful! I was here tonight and the woman working at Customer Service and the man working in Computers were both really nice. :')

Today, around 5:30pm, my family and I, had a terrible experience with the service. The person who assisted us was very rude. They didn’t greet us, didn’t thank us, and were visibly unwilling to help. Additionally, we bought an ice cream, and when we went to pay, the cashier attendant was also extremely rude. I would like to suggest more customer service training. I will definitely think twice before comeback to the Brentwood store.

I go to London Drugs often. Love shopping at the Brentwood store. Things are well organised. The staff is really nice. The girl at cash counter(Priya) is super helpful and kind.

I've been going to this LD for years. I really like the layout; everything is easy to find. When I asked for help to get something off the top shelf, the staff person I asked (even though he was in pharmacy) was happy to help. I appreciate the experiences I've had here.
