Been in a few time. Only half the staff is welcoming. The first time I came in I had to listen to the staff talk about who was basic and had bad taste.Not to mention they almost never have stock. If you go to a mall to buy shoes you want to leave with shoes not place an order

There were three girls today who gave us dismissive looks and didn’t bother greeting us or offering help. Then there was one girl who was obviously doing work and I suppose replenishing stock and checking inventory. Those three girls even sat on the couches and had their own conversation in their native language. As working in retail management a couple years ago, this just made me feel nothing but the ick. It felt like I walked into someone’s living room and I felt so unwanted. The lack of professionalism those three girls displayed was so disappointing. It was so funny to me that they straightened up when their lead came back to the store after stepping out for a couple minutes. Love little burgundy but it has definitely gone down hill over the years regarding their staff.

I tried to be considerate not coming into the closest store to make a holiday return until yesterday. When I walked in and let the staff know I am hoping to make an online return, the cashier(I believe was the sales leader at that time) gave me poor attitude and I absolutely did not feel welcomed in store. I had the online receipt and the store packing receipt with me. She was very stuck on asking my email address even though I provided her with it a couple of times already. The whole process took half an hour. I was going to look around more after but didn’t want to anymore. Will not come back to this store.

I had great workers that assisted me, this one worker Kathrine was very helpful and gave me great recommendations and was respectful! Definitely recommend my friends to check out store ? great job!

When using Google Maps for directions inside the mall, it takes you to Aldo store – if you check on the Metropolis Directory the store is located at UI.Good experience, came here to exchange a pair of boots due to manufacturing defect, bought online via Klarna, no issues.

They gave us the wrong size and came home that it was missing the other shoe. The employees there don’t bother checking the box before I paid. The employees are distracted and keep talking to other employees. Super disappointed.

Came here to make an online return to only be told that because I paid by PayPal, that I must return the item via. postage while incurring a $7.95 postage fee. The store is seemingly making up their own return policy (I'm guessing returns hit their sales target). Ended up calling customer service on the phone and they were extremely helpful (5/5 stars). They called the store and two minutes later, I was given my refund. I'll be steering clear of this location.

I really had a great experience, came here three times to exchange my converse shoreline its because the fitting on me was a little bit weird. The store manager was super patient with me and she knows how to handle a difficult situation, she was a good listener. She's an excellent manager and i will shop here again. I'm super happy on my shoes and they have a great selection for shoes and great deals.

Who is the manger name is Katherine not sure about spelling, she was extremely so rude to me and she was a racist.How come she is a manger and boss? It’s unbelievable.
