I canceled my Koodo connection on December 2023. Never delayed/missed a single payment throughout with your company or anyone else!Your company made a call and tried to retain me after the cancellation. But you failed to do the same and inform me about CAD27.56 balance. We thought everything was settled after the transition. I got your letter today (March 21, 2024) which is printed on March 18, 2024. What made you think that I’m not aware of credit score? And why would you think that I would risk my well maintained credit score for CAD27.56? And to refer me to a collection agent? ? I understand company policies and may be there are people who does this often. However, each customer has a unique profile. Also, who ever who wrote/printed this letter doesn’t know about after service or even customer service at all!Yes, I checked Koodo emails tonight after receiving your letter. Why would you think among other hundreds of emails that I would pay attention to a disconnected service? I’m glad that my husband read the letter tonight without throwing it.If you had an app like “Fido” it would have been user friendly. And that can avoid unnecessary hassle and confusion for users like us. May be try investing on an App instead of collection agency.I would never use or recommend your service ever again!

Dishonest service provider, the bill was from December 2nd to January 1st, I canceled the service on December 3rd, and I was still charged $39.2 for the entire month.

This place is very terrible & also employees are very unfriendly... I bought a prepaid sim card and it didn't work, then called to customer service and suggested me to go back to store to replace sim card.. then I came back here again with sim card with receipt but no refund or exchange at all.. Just told me that pay again cuz they don't do exchange at all even though sim card doesn't work.. also treated me very rudely & unfriendly... sim card is only 10$ but I felt like someone robbed my money fir nothing.. I didn't ask money back but replace sim card but they called security and kicked me out..cuz they didn't want to talk any more...Also as everyone knows Teles phone monthly plan is really higher than any other providers... I really suggest you that "don't use telus" but if you still want ... just go to another tells store not metropolitan store.. specially thus Indian guy will treat you very terribly... he just try to sell something with any service mind...

I had the pleasure of working with Amen, a very charismatic and professional young woman. She helped me with my phone plan in an efficient manner while maintaining attention to my actual needs without rushing. If I have questions or concerns going forward I would no doubt reach out to her personally as her fluid nature through the whole process was not only exactly what I needed, but quite enjoyable.

Offered me a phone plan deal to draw me away from my previous provider. I agreed to it on November 24. Had to wait for sim card to be delivered and activated, by that time it was Dec 3. My phone bill reflects that the service started on Nov 24 and was charged as such. Bit of a cash grab isn't it? Offering lower prices to attract new customers but then nickle and diming for bullsh1t like this? It was literally impossible to use their network for that first week as i was waiting for the sim to arrive. Customer service claimed nothing could be done about it.Tl;dr be prepared to be charged for services before you can even start using it

Saw that Koodo had some good Black Friday deals going on and wanted to switch over from Fido — Santos was so helpful and made the entire process quick and easy. He concisely walked me through the details of the plan to make sure it was everything I wanted and made me feel very comfortable, well cared for, and stressed that I could come back at any time if I needed anything else. Super happy with the experience I had here, thanks Santos :)!
