I purchase my SUV from JP Lease yesterday. Can't say enough about the entire process, all concerned were so pleasant, helpful, accommodating and honest. I've never had such a positive experience buying a car and will go to the Burnaby location for my next vehicle. Thank you to Ebi Saffar, Vick Grewal, Sotirios Andriopoulos (insurance) but especially to Brent Farley who was simply outstanding!! Being a woman buying a car is daunting, thanks to all the folks at JP Lease in Burnaby, it was an absolutely positive experience! Thank you all.

I bought a fairly priced car from JP Lease that I absolutely love 6 months later! The team is very polite and pleasant. The only small downside is that I encountered a couple of hiccups during the buying process, which sometimes can happen while purchasing a car. Luckily, Jordan, one of the managers, is on top of things and made sure things went smoothly thereafter.

The moment I responded to an add in Auto Trader, someone from JP lease was contacting me.Great selection, great customer service and the negotiation process, (outside of the doc fees) was fare and to the point.JP delivery of my vehicle was flawless and efficient, from the office manager taking my money to the ICBC rep who allowed me time to customize my coverage.The 30 day warranty gave me peace of mind, so I wasn't too worried about buying an older vehicle.Justin my sales advisor was attentive and eager to ensure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend anyone that is looking for easy, fast and fare car buying experience, call JP lease and ask for Justin he will take great care of you!I would definitely recommend Justin and JP lease.

We just purchased a vehicle from JP Lease and thanks to Sales Consultant, Justin Cortez, it was a really great and easy experience! He always went all the way to make sure that everything was perfect for us, and easily remedied any uncertainties or questions that we had throughout the whole process. Having worked in customer service myself, he was very hospitable and genuine, which made the whole experience very pleasant and left us feeling confident in our decisions. Buying a vehicle can be often stressful as it's a big purchase, so we're very thankful for Justin! Also big thanks to Vick in financing, he was very informative and confident to make sure we got the best plan! We would definitely come back!

My partner and I came in here to buy our first big car purchase in our lives and we were fortunate enough to have Brent as our salesperson. Brent was exceptionally friendly, easygoing and professional. He made the process a breeze and we felt very comfortable and taken care of with his expertise. There was no smultzy sales vibe in the least and we felt as if our own uncle was helping us with our purchase. This is very important and comforting when it comes to making such a big investment, especially your first time. He went above and beyond to make sure all the details were covered and even waved us out as we drove away smiling. Good experience. Fast and easy process when I wanted to buy my used tesla model 3. Justin was great to deal with. I didn't feel any pressure to buy from him and he was quick to respond to any questions I had.
