Since James is the goldsmith and he does the consultations as well, he can let you know exactly what he can/can't do. If you don't see what you're looking for in store he can likely custom make it for you. We were so impressed with the rings that I decided to see if he could make a necklace I saw online. “The amount of negative reviews and 1-star reviews really concern me as I have had nothing but great experiences from one particular staff member. She was patient, knowledgeable and overall, she was not pushy when it comes to making a sale. I personally dislike going into stores where all the sales associates do is hustle for a sale. It is staff members like her that make my shopping experience better and I say that as I am also someone that works in the retail business!I do have to poke at all the negative reviews where people are complaining about lack of staff or being denied entry because there was only 2 staff members working... that is the reality, people. GET OFF YOUR HIGH HORSES. They are doing this more so probably because of COVID and all the health and safety regulations but if you really look at it this way, this is pure one-on-one engagement! The no-exchanges on Boxing Day or even a day after is pretty common in most retail locations...so again, people.. please evaluate what is really irritating you first and before you submit a review... read over how stupid it sounds.”
