Had my car repaired here after a collision which involved significant damage to the entire right side of my car. Jacky and his team were able to take in the car really quickly, and were able to complete repairs in just one week. They gave me choices for the courtesy car, and also detailed not only the exterior but interior of my car as well. Very polite and professional whenever I called for updates - would definitely recommend and would go to them again for repairs or service.

JC PRO AUTO REPAIR shop is terrible. alignment papers were a mess! They looked like they were done in a rush with barely any details. I couldn't even tell what they did to my car. It's like they didn't care about providing clear information. Definitely not impressed with their paperwork. you guys should just stick to changing cars oil cause that’s simple but doing other service is sucks you guys have zero knowledge.

I will be back for any car issues. Besides being so courteous and patient, they are honest and showed me my issues was only a loose muffler hear protector and put a clamp on and I was good to go. They did not try to sell me on anything else whatsoever, and said I didn't need the alignment that I thought was the issue..From start to finish, great experience!

Excellent service. Had the pleasure of dealing with Jacky. He manage to find parts and get my repairs in a quick manner. I didn’t even need a courtesy car. My car came back cleaned inside and out. Was very impressed by the quality of service from Jacky and his team. Thank you!

Never ? come here for repair especially private repairs. Bad customer services, delay an extra week. After being “fixed”, the front bumper fell apart again just in 48 hours. And when I came back for warranty I was accused of having a new collision. Unbelievable!!

Came here to service my vehicle. Everything went smooth. Nothing to complain about.Also referred a family member to come here for a Lexus radiator replacement. It was nicely done and much cheaply than dealers.Shop and nice, spacious, and clean.I would come back again.

I had a dent in my Jeep repaired. They provided a very fair, accurate and detailed estimate, and the final price was the same. Their work quality was superb as was their service. When I picked up the Jeep, they had throughly cleaned the inside and outside, plus they applied a sealant wax to the entire vehicle. They even dressed the tires, bumpers, fenders and the wheel wells!
