Crazy expensive helium-filled balloon numbers: $8 for a balloon itself without helium and almost the same for the helium to fill them up. Disappointed that it wasn't clear that it would be charged separately.

I walked in with my family yesterday. We bought 3 small sized foil balloons (With air, it was like $26?) as the male clerk advised. Sorry, one of 3 got air out in 1 night. I have read the other reviews. I think When the owner sees this post, he will put an excuse I carried without a caution, but it was not the case. The clerk said it would last a few weeks and I took those with surprising high price tag for AIR for a birthday party :) I checked similar products at Partycity (this is a franchise store,,,safe...)near by LATER and regretted. This place charges a lot more for filling Helium air and does not have an option to fill out latex balloons. I will go to the Partycity for a lot more selections, cheaper prices for better quality products, and kind services which cannot compare with this store at all. Sorry, This is not a good store for me at all. Please be advised The price for the air here is very, very high. Do not be fooled by the cheap price of balloons. It's a kind of tricky price this guy and this store is doing here. Never, ever comes again.

I came to the store today and put air for 8 red balloons for Valentines day. As soon that the guy owner put the helium in, the ballon got really pointy and looked so ugly. So I asked him if that cant be fixed, He said No. then I asked then Can you put a bit less air in then? He replied said I have been doing these for 10 yrs and you dont tell me what to do and said if you want me to stop then I will give you money back.I was shocked and how poorly they deal with issues. I would tell him to go back to school and learn how to talk in manners. What a day

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I spent $13 on ONE balloon that shortly deflated after 2 hours after I brought it home. I called the store to ask if they could replace it as it’s for my nieces birthday and he continued to argue with me on the phone that it’s not his responsibility as the balloons sat in the store for half hour and were fine, and basically said it was my fault that the balloon deflated when I got home. I asked for his name, and he kept talking over me and he said it doesn’t matter and hung up on me. Very very rude and unprofessional.

The store is still close 20 minutes after they suppose to be open (according to google maps). Outside the shop there is no working hours info. Very disappointed. Will go to another store.

I thought the store was going to be filled with all things party throughout the entire store but it's not. It's really just a regular everyday Dollar Store with items for Birthday parties plus other typical Dollar Store merchandise. I was rather disappointed! While I did picked up a few items while I was there, I ended up leaving them in a basket at the front of the store. Apparently the person running the till had gone out into the mall and not returned?!?! I didn't personally witness this but 3 or 4 other people at the front of the line all confirmed this was the case.

Worst customer service I have ever come across. The cashier doesn't have an ounce of decency. Reading other reviews here it seems like it's the same person and management needs to fix this. I will never shop at this store ever. There's a dollar store right across from the mall in the same parking area, or one 4 min drive from the mall, I recommend people go to other dollar stores besides this one
