I went expecting a party, instead I got the ambiance of a wake. Under the glare of the fluorescent lights and the shuffling feet of fellow mourners; my boyfriend and I selected six modest Halloween decorations for purchase (see fig 1)
Weird styrofoam skeleton spider? 5.99!!!
Dinky skeleton bulbs? 9.99 each!!!!
“I put a spell on you” placard with the structural integrity of back alley plywood? $10!!!!
Altogether we spent $45. We love the skeleton spider and will care for him as our own, but he was born and raised in a citadel of lies.
Iparty Dollar Store? Please. it’s Iparty Dollars Store.

Best place to go to for last minute helium balloon requests and they have such a wide variety of options to choose from!! I was able to get everything I needed to host my friends birthday party

The old lady at the counter is not a customer welcoming women. I had a bad experience last time, I was there to get some things and was confused deciding as there were similar things which could has the same benefit. And when I’m done deciding, I saw two security guards looking at you as if I’m there to steal. And then one of the guards says hi and they went away because they might have seen me when deciding. And that old freaking women said Thank you to the guards.

A good alternative shop for the dollarama or dollar tree. A good selection of goods including some groceries. They have a very good selection of cards for any type of occasion.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The lady with the coloured hair is absolutely disrespectful and ignorant. Someone like that doesn’t deserve to work in retail. I will not be recommending this location to anyone and won’t be coming back. I’ll also be posting about this on Facebook and sharing with the community. If you want customers to come back I suggest you fire this lady and reconsider who works for you. ZERO STARS!

Poor Customer Service and Unprofessional Behavior
I had an unfortunate experience at the Iparty Dollar Store today. I went in to get some balloons and was initially being assisted by one of the staff members, an older brown guy. However, as my balloons were being filled, he abruptly left to attend to another customer, leaving me waiting. When I expressed my concern, as I was in a hurry, the staff member rudely suggested I could leave if I didn’t want to wait. This response was both shocking and disrespectful.
Furthermore, when I brought this to the attention of the manager, the situation did not improve. Instead of receiving support, the staff member continued to disrespect me loudly in front of other customers and point his finger at me. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and such behavior should not be tolerated in any retail environment. I am extremely disappointed with my experience and will think twice before returning.

My recent visit to the store left me with mixed feelings. While the older woman assisting me was exceptionally kind and patient, I encountered some challenges with another staff member, a woman around 40 with short, colored hair. It seemed she was having a difficult day, as she appeared tired of answering questions and displayed impatience not only with me but also with other staff members. Despite this, I appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the older woman and hope the store can ensure a consistently positive experience for all customers.

Very rude cashier. I have been here a few times for balloons as they are close by but i will not be returning due to the issues i have had each time. They force you to buy weights even if you dont need the weights and will not allow you to provide a substitute. Just a money grab and wasteful for the environment really. In my most recent encounter, when i asked for a different color string to be attached to the ONE balloon i ordered, she sighed loudly and rolled her eyes. She should have asked what color i wanted in the first place.
