Been using Lightspeed Internet since around 2012 if not longer. Every few years I have had to replace an old adsl modem and it took an hour or so on the phone but if you get the right tech the time doesn't matter and I have had the right tech's every time. A lady once and I am pretty sure tech Jim has helped me twice because I am finally upgrading to Cable internet and had issues but this fix was quick. Somehow they get internet spots from Telus and Rogers and are able to sell it cheaper.... I have had less down time than my neightbours and I was paying 50mb for $60 for yearssss. Now I am going to have 75mb for less and we use internet always with 2 gamers in the house as well.

I've always used Lightspeed and it's by far the best internet provider for home and office. No hidden fees. Great tech support. Friendly staff. You can call and talk to a real person at any time. I highly suggest ditching Telus or Shaw as they keep jacking the monthly fees up. These guys DON'T. Easy to install.

Was wary after reading some of the negative reviews, but have had the service for ~2 months with no issues.Setup was easy, but did take some time as Shaw delayed the activation process.Great value when comparing to the "Big 3" packages.

I've been with Internet Lightspeed since June of 2016. I moved because the BIG 3 were outrageiously expensive and they kept increasing the rate annually by 10%.What I have experienced with IL over the last 8 years is great service, even when Shaw went down, better than advertised connection speeds, great support when I needed it and my phone hardware was being hacked and used as a free long distance port for nefarious criminals in Africa, a frozen monthly rate so long as I stay on the plan, competitive pricing and specials, free modem use.Because of this I have recommended many friends who have also become long term customers of Internet Lightning.

After a few years of good service they were inept when it came to relocating the service to a new address. I called weeks in advance of the move and was advised it would be no problem. After about 4 weeks and over 10 calls to their customer service team I still didn’t have service. It was very frustrating to continuously be told by their customer service that the problem would be solved “in the next 3 days” again and again. Ultimately I ended up calling a different company and had service the next day at a similar price. I guess if you have endless patience and time in an effort to save a few bucks each month go with Lightspeed, if not, look elsewhere.

Been very happy with their internet service over the years. Much better prices and same speeds as the big names of the industry. Tech support has been helpful. Only had to call twice over 3 years (a line physically fell and my modem failed) nothing in their control but still very helpful to rectify the situations.

In a world of skyrocketing costs, I've been so grateful to have Lightspeed as my internet provider -- I've been a customer for 4 years now and my rate hasn't gone up a dime since first signing up, and every time I've needed to connect with customer support the experience has been overwhelmingly positive!Have had fabulous experiences with both the billing and tech support departments on multiple occasions, and am quite honestly shocked at how excellent the customer service is given the price. They were also incredibly accommodating for me when I needed to pay off one of my invoices with a payment plan -- clearly a company that recognizes the difficult economic times that we're in and puts their customers' needs first!I used to pay about twice as much for an equivalent Telus connection... and would usually have to take a stiff drink to work up the patience to deal with their customer service on the phone, while Lightspeed makes it painless! The actual connection is on par with the big telecoms -- the occasional outage but very comparable to my experiences with other internet providers -- but it's the customer service combined with the competitive pricing that makes Lightspeed a no-brainer for me!Will be sticking with them for the foreseeable future, because why pay more when you can pay less?

Just switched to them today! Easy to set up, fast shipping of modem and router prior to set up, great prices, and tech support was great for solving where I went wrong with a simple adjustment of lan (phone) cord placements. Looking forward to seeing how the service is. So far I'm confident in them as my best friend has used them for a few years now and they stream shows just fine on other devices.

So far 1 star as we're still not connected. Customer service has been accessible, understanding, and friendly, but we are now 9 days without internet which makes it incredibly difficult when we work remote and we have kids to entertain. They continue to escalate to Shaw to send a technician by, but we are not seeing any service above and beyond given this delay.Noted that our previous service was not disconnected at the first attempt to connect. Since disconnecting we have had no progress.Edit 8/28/2023: 13 days nowEdit 8/29/2023: @owner the account is under my husbands name. He has been in contact with Rob?Edit 9/6/2023: We finally got connected on September 1st. The 3 days prior to that communication was proactive from Lightspeed. Turns out it was a combination of things not working including a modem with firmware that would not update. Today we finally got to the service we requested, but a bit more work likely needed to get the speeds promised. Upgrading review to 4 stars as we finally felt like they prioritized our case and service was top notch. Just took too long to figure out!

What a great company to have services with. The variety of pricing is so affordable and the customer service representative was very nice, professional and patient with my questions. He took the time to address all of my questions in language I could understand. Not using the I.T. jargon that I found confusing when dealing with another company. I am so happy I switched to Internet Lightspeed company.

This is an awesome company to deal with. All their Representatives are extremely pleasant, efficient and the wait times are very short. You always get to speak to a considerate person without having to press a lot of buttons and wait for hours for a response. Their services are so much cheaper than the \\\"Big guys\\\".
