Went to see if they had a time for a repair. They let me bring it in immediately and had it fixed within an hour. Great price as well. Very nice people to deal with.

Avoid this shop at all costs; they will scam you! They charge you an arm and a leg for the most basic “repairs”. I took my car in as the engine was misfiring. The owner said that the coil was faulty and that it had to get replaced. I agreed given his advice was sound. However, the new part installed was faulty as well but they assured me that the car was working. The next day my car was misfiring again and so I ended up taking the car to a Honda dealership and they fixed it by replacing the coil. The dealership told me that the mechanic at Imperial Auto installed an after-market coil and that it was broken. I ended up getting a refund on the coil but not without an argument with the owner. You’re better off going to a mechanic you trust or a certified dealership. The reviews here on Google are accurate. Don’t trust this shop with your car.

I would strongly discourage people from servicing their vehicle at this place of business. My sister and niece brought their Toyota Camry LE for an oil change. The sticker they placed on the top left of the windshield clearly states the next oil change should be done after 5000 km. Their Camry broke down in the middle of the highway with 1000 km to spare. The engine is beyond repair. When it was brought to their attention, they said cars nearing or above 200,000 kms burn oil a lot faster and the responsibility was on them. If that is so, they should not have written 5,000 km. They should have communicated that more effectively and understood most drivers would trust the sticker the mechanic himself placed.

I will not bring my car here anymore. I suspect the guy of not fixing a agreed upon and purchased repair. I cant prove anymore it so I will leave it at this review. Take it as a warning. He probably fixes some stuff and does oil changes. Its like playing the lottery. There were absolutely no signs of labour done . Paid close to a thousand for nothing. This was back in 2023 . O ring replacement on my Honda accord 2002. When I sold the car , a colleague of mine brought it in for inspection at a different shop, said the car was swimming in oil. Well provided its a Honda ...idk.

I had a brake light out and no place would let me come within 2 hours of closing. Imperial Auto told me to come and were willing to see me at 10 minutes to closing (!!!). AND THEN they took just five minutes and didn't try to upsell me on anything. So grateful. I will definitely be back.

I used to bring my car here every time for oil change their customer service was okay but their price was great and they were fast but now it took them 2.5 hours to change my car's oil and they charge double what they used to charge for my previous car even though its just a Hyundai not a German car or any expensive car. The gentleman who changed the oil was very nice but I won't be coming back here. It's just mot worth it slow service and similar price as anywhere else
