I really appreciate the help that I received.... when trying to match my original set and duvet cover, I ended up buying the fitted sheet in a Otter colour which matches perfectly with one of the colours in my deep purple duvet cover and I would never have considered this colour without the help from your staff member. “The gentlemen who works there during the weekdays was so helpful. He was informative and wasn’t pushy on the sale. He answered all my questions. I brought my family in on a weekend so they can help decide on the color of sofa. The girl working there rolled her eyes, had an attitude grabbing the swatch of colors even though all she had to do was turn around and grab them. She didn’t even need to walk 2 steps to show it to us. Then she was aggressive and telling me to order through her. I’m not sure if they’re on commission but I will definitely will not order through her. I went back to Structube on a weekday and ordered through the gentleman in case he does get the commission. I ended up ordering 2 sofas.”
