Found a great deal on a bag. Like always, the collection was great here. I'm only taking away 2 stars because of the service. No one came forward to help or even say hello. Cashier was a young girl with dark hair, who seemed like she was doing me a favor by making me wait while she looked into her phone, didnt greet again or smile when she finally rung me in. I've had better service in their Guildford location.

Every time I visit this shop, I have to leave almost immediately because the strong smell of Indian food is overwhelming.

I'm a regular shopper at GUESS. What's the matter with the associates working at GUESS? not only nobody welcome you in the store but also they run away intentionally. Today I picked a dress and a shirt and wanted to try them out but nobody came around to ask if I need something. I went to the fitting room and found the doors closed so I came back and hardly found an associate to open it for me. Finally somebody checked on me and I asked for a small size of a shirt I had picked. She checked it on the app and said there was one on the floor and left to garb it. Another one showed up and gave me the XS size! I told her they had small size and she refused. I went to checkout and the associate who was helping me left, another came and left also, this repeated for 3 times. Finally a girl brought me small size but I wasn't gonna go back to the fitting room. I was standing there for 15 minutes waiting for the associates to finish talking and check me out! What kind of customer service is that???

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I have never had a better customer service experience in my life. This store has a great selection and the price is really fair. Congrats to the management team for the outstanding work. Well deserved!

Today (March 6th, 2024 some time between 10:30 am and 11:30 am), I walked into the Guess store at Metrotown, Burnaby, BC. After trying some clothes on, I headed to the cashier to order something they didn't have in my size. There were two staff (one blond around early 30s who helped me at the change room and one short, dark haired around mid 20s who seemed to be in charge of the cashier till area) and no other customers at that time. The dark haired staff found the item online and handed me the tablet to input my info, then they walked off (not sure why as it was an empty store..I guess to talk to the blond?). They didn't ask me a lot of questions so they didn't know I wanted store pickup. And the dark haired staff saw that I clicked store address as the address afterwards and immediately said, "No, we don't do that. You know, liability issues. We lose the boxes, and customers don't receive their shipment, blah blah blah." Then the blond staff came to see what's happening and repeated "Yeah, you have to have it shipped to your home." Then I told them both I don't want it to be sent to my home as it is an apartment building and I don't want to get a slip to pickup at Canada Post or another location, plus this store pickup option is available in other retail stores I frequent (so I didn't think it will be a big deal). Then it gets condescending (from the blond staff as they take over the conversation). They said, "Why not? Doesn't your building have mail slots for delivery? You don't think the clothing item will fit in the slot? Oh really, other retail stores have the option to?"..I replied "I just prefer store pickup. Maybe I'll just look at the Guess website at home and maybe I'll order more then as there's a promo going on." The blond staff then said, "Oh, it's the same you know. You still have to put your address for it to be delivered." (Of course, duh I'm not stupid) I answered, "Yes, but I don't know maybe I'll use my parent's address instead." By this point I just wanted to get out of the store - they made me feel awful/guilty for wanting a store pickup ?. Then they said, "Well, then you can put their address on the tablet." I said "no" and exited the store. Good gracious. I will not go to this location again.

Kristeen is Super helpful and has a great eye for fashion. Every time I go there, she helps me find the perfect outfit. She's got a real talent for it! If you're ever in the area, definitely check out Guess Clothing and say hi to Kristeen. You won't be disappointed!

I had awful experience with Guess shop today (22, January,2024). An old lady with glasses was so rude. I had some questions for hiring but she spoke to me in inappropriate tone and suggested me to find job anywhere else! I never ever come to this shop.

As a regular shopper of guess I am disappointed with the service I received today at this location. I tried to return a sale item , that I was not told could be returned for a store credit only . The girl(short brown girl) then found the girl who helped me out over a week ago and somehow “Remembered” our full conversation and said she told me . I said really ? Like lied straight up to my face . I will never visit this location ever again. Guess fire all the staff if you want to keep your customers . Read previous reviews because it seems like most of us would agree .

Really bad experience, 21st Dec,2023 at 10:45am lady with glasses and red hair(little curly)snatched the wallet from my hand and took all the same wallets to the counter and said “sometimes people steal things”, the way she treated was really disrespectful, will never come to this store again, you are ruining someone’s whole day just with your unpleasant behaviour and rude language.

I will never go to this store again. The consultant was following me as if I wanted to steal something and looked down on me. Even though I looked perfectly normal and entered the store with a branded bag. During the payment, their card terminal was not working, and they treated me like trash. A terrible experience, the first time I've encountered such treatment.
