An excellent organization for supplying good quality food. The staff is very attentive and responsive...you need a membership card to access the benefits of the food bank.

The staff was very rude. They were disrespectful over the phone, even made me cry, and rejected my application for registration with the food bank, explaining that everyone is struggling and they don’t provide food to just anyone. Despite the fact that the program we are on in Canada includes support from food banks in Canada. If we didn’t need a help we would never ask for that.

When you are in a serious bind they can provide food. You have to register and get your food bank card before going.

The registration staff, NiTasha, is extremely inaccurate and lacks knowledge. The way she talks to clients resembles interrogation, hurting the feelings of people with her tone of voice and manner of speaking. She needs training, as her way of speaking is causing distress.
