have gone to geox metro the last two days (wednesday and tuesday) this week right at 10 and it hasn’t been opened! i even waited 10 mins in both days and no one has opened the store! pathetic! change management

I had a fantastic experience at the Geox shoe store! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendliest staff. They were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to help me find the perfect pair of shoes. What really stood out was the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. Their professionalism and warm demeanor made the whole shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for not only great shoes but also exceptional customer service. I'll definitely be returning!

It is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went there to buy specific shoes, but the salespeople refused to help me. I had to beg for help basically, but the staff was very unresponsive and condensing. Ultimately, I decided not to buy the shows because of the extremely negative energy. They must have had a bad day, and the store wasn't busy when I was there. Do better and at least acknowledge your customers.

I bought a pair of shoes , which was on sales , they told me I can exchange them if there was issue up to 30 days.I tried the shoes indoor , It was putting lots pressure on my feet , decide to exchange them , when went to Metrotown store , they refuse to exchange because I tried them and I brought back after 20 days , tow ladies working , they behave very rudlly to me , almost feel kicking me out store .I would never go back to this store or purches anythin from them.How I supose to find out the shoes is not working for me whitout trying them.

Do NOT buy any shoes at GEOX. A sneaker I bough in March is supper super super super super slippery and I fall down on the floor with a very serious injure. I emailed to them tons of time to check shoes quality and expect to have a solution. They NERVER NEVER NEVER response me. I called customer service center, no one answer the phone. Called Metrotown store manager, no solution from them as well. Considering of the shoes quality, do not buy their shoes. You don’t want to fall down on the floor getting injured
