It's a great store I go there quite often Unfortunately they didn't have what I needed I misread the website but I give it five stars for having everything else then hummingbird feeders at the moment. Customer service very helpful. I would recommend it for your gardening and hardware and all around building needs

The garden center in this location is not very big. It is just at the corner of their front parking lot. There is not much options on plants nor garden tools to choose from. They do have a good mark downs on potted plants sometimes. I did notice that their plants on sale didn't looked like they have been taken care of while on display. The leaves mostly look withered and flowers doesn't look as good. Poor plants.

I came the Rona to pick up a few things for my home. To my surprise, many of the items for example silicon or construction glue are sold in the big tubes that require use of a caulking gun. I was looking for something small. Plus I also didn't want to find or purchase a new caulking gun. Service is ok. I feel like this store isn't really open to small homeowners but more for handyman or people in the construction business. The parking lot looks small but it is never full. Finding a parking spot isn't an issue here. The store has ok ceiling height but when you walk in, it makes you feel like you are walking in a big warehouse. I also noticed that their inventory are quite dusty. I bought plumber putty and the top of the jar has a film of wood dust on it. The plumber putty was still moist and fresh so it was not due to it being sitting in the store a long time. It just so happens that this store is dusty.

Small store with high prices and mediocre customer service. I seldom buy much anymore from this location, but I hope they stay in business for many more years, as they are close-by and have become my go to place if I am desperate (in hurry), for small value purchases. 1/5 with extra point for being close.

The customer service is excellent. We were greeted right when we walked in and asked if we needed any assistance or directions to whatever we were looking for. I told her what I needed and she told me immediately what aisle to go to. I know this sounds like nothing but I've done this so many times at other hardware stores and am often told "oh just go to plumbing/electrical/tools" but that's not very specific when there's SO much stuff and I'd like to know what aisle.When we were at the aisle, another person asked if we needed assistance getting any of the stuff out etc. When we were looking for another item, yet another associate asked if we needed help knowing what aisle to go to. All three people knew which aisle had what and was very helpful. The prices are competitive and some of their stuff was $10 cheaper than Home Depot for the identical product (brand, length, gauge, etc the same). Of course they also price match so if you see anything and want to not drive to another store, just price match!
