It was my first time visiting the store and my experience was nothing short of amazing. The customer service was 10/10 and I would make a special mention to one of the sales associate, her name was Diana and she was so sweet and helpful to every customer and acted quickly on their needs for different sizes etc. The store was well organized and tidy. A 10/10 experience!

I bought men's briefs here 2 weeks ago, after a couple of washes, there was a tear along the seam, this is unacceptable

This place was very well organized and all items perfectly priced and promotional items well marked. Kids, women and men department were sperated and easy too find.

If I can give them a zero star I will!!!! Very bad customer service!!!! Management should be checking out how the staffs. Specially the manager how they do their customer service! It’s just garbage!!!

Not much variety and the prices have gone up quite high recently for what you're getting. Unless you're getting something on sale.

Feels like a smaller gap. Has a limited men's selection. Seems like the gap has moved more toward online shopping, we use this place mostly to check sizes and return online purchases. Store usually has only 2 or at most 3 staff. It can be hard to get help, or staff saying "you could probably get that online".There is also a baby gap attached next door.

The store was clean and had minimum stock. Customer service was average. Don't know if it's the attitude of people these days, but it's the "what you see is what you get."
