At first, I thought that because they are certified by Goodyear, they would definitely offer me a good price, but later, I realized I was mistaken. I have to give the lowest rating because, despite mentioning that other places offer a lower price, they didn't pay attention, meaning weak customer service. ??

Good fast service with friendly staff. They do care, which makes someone feel good. Nice waiting area with big screen tv and coffee and cold water.

I bought a set of Goodyear WinterCommands from them for my Audi which were excellent. Their service was great. I appreciate them being flexible about leaving my rims there as we waited for the tires. They also patched a hole I had in another vehicle. Just great people, products and people there.

I always get first-class service at Fountain Tire on Kingsway. The staff here treat you very well and they take great care of our vehicles. I recommend you give this location a try.

The Kumho Solus tires are good!However, I believe a technician who installed my tires deliberately broke my interior passenger door handle. It wasn't loose or broken when I brought it and it was broken on my way out. Staff seemed irritated to be working. I should have went for a walk instead of waiting as the overall energy was not very pleasant, won't return. If they don’t want customers to wait then they should tell you to drop it off.

Even though I ended up getting my tires rotated through my dealership, I will definitely be using Fountain Tire (and specifically THIS location) in the future because they took such good care of me today, and were so patient and helpful. And if Mazda hadn't found my missing winter tire, I would have gone to them in heartbeat to buy my new winter tires. We will definitely be seeing them next spring, and whenever I need regular maintenance. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me today!

Max went above and beyond to find tires for our daughter's Tiguan and get them put on ASAP. My husband (Tracy Kolt) said he had not had service like this in years. Thank you Max and staff.

Great service and time saver! I used to have my old car serviced here, but haven't since I got the new vehicle a couple of years ago. Until I got a tire puncture that I couldn't wait on. The guys patched it up quickly with such a reasonable price! AND The icing on the top... the invoice was folded up nicely! (Yes those details make a difference!) Real happy about this experience and kudos to the guys at the shop!
