5 star price, 1 star service and delivery. Their first attempt because of duty, they didn't drop package. So I paid the taxes right away that evening. Their 2nd attempt, they just skip it. I saw Fedex truck on my street, but the driver don't come in. 5 pm they sent out an email, delivery delay and need another day. So I went to their pick up center. Wasted whole day stand by at home. Two thumbs down!!

You leave a notice on my door saying the package was not delivered and to pick up. Leave my work the next day at lunch to pick up the package but I call first to confirm and they confirm package is ready for pick up at location. I show up, the guy leaves me at the counter for 15 min just to comeback and tell me the driver picked it up this morning and its being delivered today. What?!I confirm by buzzer number, call work and ask permission to work from home so I can retrieve the package only to get a notification that it will be delivered tomorrow.How hard is it? Not splitting atoms here!

Fed Ex is the absolute worst courier company out there. No delivery attempts made even tho they said they did. No door tags left even tho their lying drivers say they left one. Laziest drivers who can’t be bothered to buzz the building buzzer ever tho it is clearly marked on my packages. Messages that say delivery was attempted when I was home when they “supposedly” tried to deliver. I always dread when any company ships me something with Fed Ex as I know it’s going to be a nightmare. I absolutely HATE this company & will not use a business if they choose to deliver the products I buy using Fed Ex.

"I am deeply disappointed with the service I encountered at this branch. Despite arranging to pick up my phone, it was handed over to someone else without proper verification. Despite my protests and the lack of my ID, the staff seemed indifferent and irresponsible. Now, I find myself in a frustrating ordeal trying to prove that I didn't receive the phone. It's disheartening that no one at Staples is willing to take responsibility for this error. My experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied."

Poor service they reached at our address but didn’t informed and didn’t deliver our parcel and took back the parcel and just left the notice and didn’t made contact with me twice and they bothered me so much when I made contact with them

disgusting!! Delay my package for 8 days! Leave the tag when my WHOLE FAMILY IS AT HOME waiting for the package!!! I went to the location and it’s closed! I called for another delivery, the man who answering phone call agreed, we waited for another day until 3:00 pm, still no response. I called again, they said the package is ready for pick up at facility and not being delivered for the day!!! Why this kind of company still exists? So stupid! I hope FedEx can go bankrupt immediately!!! Never use it!!*the staff in this location have very good attitude, just don’t like fedex itself and the customer service & postman who never ring the bell

Beware!! I went to pickup my Apple package today with door slip and employee told me it was already picked up last week?! According to their system, someone came in with my name and address on a piece of ID and picked it up. No other help was offered, except that they would look at the camera footage and for me to contact Apple. When asked if this was common, employee said no, but when it does happen it’s usually with Apple or Rogers. I called Apple and on their end it said package was delivered to door with signature last week?! Investigation is pending. What a terrible experience …

Extremely disappointed with FedEx's appalling service! Despite being home on three separate occasions, their lazy delivery drivers couldn't be bothered to buzz or contact us for access to our condo. They conveniently claimed 'failed delivery attempts' without any effort to reach out. Only after leaving a slip on the last day did they suddenly found my phone number! To top it off, I'm now expected to personally haul a massive 120lbs parcel from their location, purchased from Wayfair. This is beyond unacceptable! terrible communication, negligent service, and an outrageous inconvenience. Zero stars if I could!

They take a package to an address they know they cannot deliver, and then they ask you to drive a 160 km round trip to pick it up at their office. Taking money of a service you know you cannot provide and holding your good hostage is something that shouldn't be legal. And I doubt it is legal.

We lived in a newest high-rise with 24hr concierge that holds all parcels including Canada post and Amazon. And FedEx never bother to leave the parcel to the concierge nor buzz nor call us! Hope They shut down FedEx whatsoever. The money i paid to get to their shipping center equals the value of my parcels.

I didn’t have a bad experience in here at all. I mean ground FedEx didn’t deliver my super heavy package and now I have to pick up myself sucks. If there’s a place I can give them rating, it would be 0 stars.But as for people working in the centre, they are quite friendly, even offered to use a cart to drag my package to parking for me because it is heavy. I didn’t wait in a long line either on a rainy/snowy Saturday morning (11 something in the morning)

Huge thank you to Jennifer, Lenny, and team who saved New Years. I ordered 10' cold sparkler machines for a NYE party. The package got delayed to Jan 4, but the team moved mountains and saved the day by tracing the package over the holidays allowing me to pick it up from the warehouse on Dec. 30. 400 people will be very happy to see this show at midnight. Thanks for all your hard work on this!!! You really did make a Christmas miracle. ?
