I really enjoy visiting the store downstairs. It's super convenient for finding what I need, and I've consistently had positive experiences with the cashiers. They're always friendly and keen to make sure I find everything I'm looking for. I've never been treated poorly and always leave with a smile because of the excellent service. My experiences here have been very good so far.

$28+ for a small redbull and a pack of cigarettes (belmont). She is upcharging way too much and when I said I don’t want it, she did not want to refund as she said she doesn’t know how to refund. Please avoid this store.

Same story here. This store is stupid wont let my 16 year teen in with me. U do know 7/11 also sells vapes. A newborn can go In. This stupid store needs to figure out this issue. Otherwise I will put u on global news. Make you go out of business.

i went in here to ask the lady to check my lottery tickets as i like to have a printed receipt of my wins or losses. she refused. she told me to go use the auto-check machine in the back. she was so rude it was mind blowing. i told her i wanted printouts, she still refused. i asked again and she snatched the tickets from my hand to finally check them on her machine but i asked for them back as i did not want to give her any business as stores get a small cut from winnings from bclc. we got into a yelling match as she was so rude and disrespectful, i couldn't believe it. i have sent a complaint letter to bc lottery corp as i want to have her lottery privileges removed permanently. if i could rate this place a 0, i would. what a joke.

This store is a big joke. Took my 7 yr son in to buy a drink and a treat and the woman told him he was not allowed in because they sell vapes. She said 19 years only. I told her "you are a corner store and what your going to sell vapes and smokes to a 7 year old."
What a joke this store is. I walked out and she said "what not buying anything" told her "no not with her bad attitude towards customers"
I work around the corner but will never give this store business ever again. If I could give 0 stars I would 1 is to much. My son can go into the liquor store with me they don't tell him he has to wait outside just as long as he is walking with a parent.

Over 11 dollars for 2 energy drinks or you can get 4 for 8.99 at 711. Used to be able to get 2 for 6.50 here but now it's 5.50 for one.

Have been coming here since we moved to the neighbourhood. Was just told my son and I were not welcomed in the store and that if I wanted to come in I wasn’t allowed to bring my son. Am I supposed to leave my 4 year old outside by himself when I want to go get us some snacks? I was willing to pay the ridiculous prices here out of convenience but will now take our business elsewhere.

You have to be 19 to purchase chocolate and pop. Clearly the emphasis is on drug paraphernalia sales. Use to shop here alot. That ended today.
