“I was shopping with my baby today and couldn't find heavy cream in the store. When I reached the cashier to pay for my order, I asked one of the employees, Keyur, if he could help me locate it. He was incredibly kind and immediately offered to find it for me. After about 5 minutes, he returned with 6-7 options for me to choose from, which I really appreciated.
His helpfulness stood out, especially since I had asked other employees earlier and didn’t receive the same level of assistance. One even mentioned that they didn’t know what heavy cream was because they were about to go on their shift.

“This is the second time I've bought a phone at the Samsung Experience Store and I'm happy to report that it was another great experience.
I love the Samsung Store because you get to pick up, handle, and operate all the different Samsung phones before you buy one. This really helps you to decide which one is best for you. You can't really do that at Best Buy because the phones are all locked down.
Plus there are staff at the Samsung Store who are quite knowledgeable about their products and can answer any questions you may have.
On top of that I was trading my iPhone 15 Pro Max in for a Samsung Flip 6 and the Samsung Store was able to facilitate the transaction in-person….which was brilliant. It's so wonderful to NOT have to buy products online and have them delivered by mail. Working with a human being in-person and buying a product in-person is ten times better than going online and dealing with some weird AI chatbot, text/email, combined with problematic mail service. Plus if I have a problem with a phone I can go straight to the Samsung Store and get it sorted.
I was served by Ivy at the Metrotown Samsung Store and she was simply amazing. She made the entire process so easy it was enjoyable. She's friendly, smart, efficient, and went out of her way to find a phone for me because they had sold out of the Flip 6 because it's popular and there was a promotion on for them. The whole experience reminded me why I never want to buy anything online ever again. I hope they never close this store down.
And BTW the Flip 6 has lived up to the hype and I can't wait to see the next iteration of it. It's a brilliant design for content creators, like myself. ProVideo mode creates better quality video than an iPhone and is far more practical than using giant Apple Log files that need to be color graded. All we need now is a Flip 7 with a 1/1.3 sensor from the S24 Ultra and have all the apps pre-installed on both the main and cover screen.”

“I really enjoyed the service Loviny provided today, I was trying to redeem my points for an item but the data service here was so bad I couldn’t get it to work. She not only didn’t get annoyed and impatient but actually explained helpfully that it’s a service issue. I was about to give up when I went back to my car and realized the order went through. I went back in and redeemed the product. Usually I felt a bit bad about redeeming only a product and not buying anything so I always bought something else I didn’t really need to use the points, but Loviny didn’t make me feel awkward about it at all and was super friendly right to the end. Great work!”

Ideal location, plenty of parking, other food joints in walking distance. Bank machine inside but the TD Bank about 25 feet away. Starbucks around the corner, 3 Indian restaurants close by, pharmacy & walk in Dr's clinic close by. Husky gas station & convenience store next door, hooka bar across the street & subway right inside the complex. No matter what you want, you are bound to find it right around 7-Eleven.”

“Came here today for help setting up new iPad. Told to return in 20 minutes. After 10 minutes they called for us to return for service. We were blessed to have Laughlin as our service rep. He was patient with us seniors and really appreciate his service setting up the iPad, logging in with new email and password. Also helped setting up new email access. Apple should be proud to have him on staff. Kudos to Laughlin ????????? came again yes and Marcella helped us greatly in answering all our questions about Apple Watches and showing how they work”

“This 7 Eleven is a lot cleaner than the one on Rumble and Royal Oak. Strangely is that the two 7 Elevens are so close together. We came here to grab pizza on national pizza day. I collect 7 Eleven points through the app and sometimes, I get notified about the deals happening. Anyways the convenient store is not part of a gas station. It is somewhat smaller than the Rumble and Royal Oak location. Staff was very friendly. Food wise, I would say it was pretty standard. Can't expect too much at a convenient store. Not bad for something that opens 24/7.”

“Dougal is the guy to see. He was patient as I went back several times to get the right fit of equipment that I needed. He printed out all the specs and installation manuals for me. He special ordered in the equipment that needed as I had space constraints. He spent a lot of time with me made me feel like I was a special person and customer. Would definitely work with him again.
