The racial discrimination (as an Indigenous person) was so obvious when I visited yesterday. Every time I grabbed an item, an employee would run up to me and take it from me and take it to the dressing room or counter. I only grabbed 3 items total but I noticed them watching me, as if they thought I was going to run out of the store. When I tried them on I overheard other customers walking up with 5-6 items. Overall just a rude attitude from all employees.

The worst ever shopping experience of my
Life. I visited the store on 08/15 around 7:45 and there was blonde associate who said she was the manager and she mistreated me and my husband. My husband bought me a gift from here which did not fit and we wanted to return it and this blonde woman really talked to us in a very rude and mean manner shouting her lungs out unnecessarily to explain us how we can’t return a item even when we had an e- receipt with us. She said she needed a hard copy and started misbehaving with us by shouting out the company policy and very very arrogantly speaking with us.
Never ever coming here ever. Watch out for the blonde manager.

Was able to return it without any questions asked in Coquitlam centre mall and the associates there were super sweet and helpful. I don’t know why the manager at Metrotown did not want to help and make her own rules

Poor Service
On August 11th, I had a very unpleasant experience while shopping at your store. A blonde female employee walked right past me without acknowledging me or saying hello, but she greeted other non-Asian customers. I've been shopping at this store for a long time, but this experience made me feel disrespected and singled out. I will no longer be coming back here.
I strongly suggest that this employee receives proper training to ensure that all customers are treated equally and respectfully.

Zero stars for online orders. Was marked as delivered minimum 8hrs BEFORE that time even occurred… and no package was ever delivered. Customer service will only give a 20-30% refund as they won’t take responsibility for who they use for online deliveries. And this was after complaining and following their initial suggestion on tracking. Will actually see if they even do any refund ? or if it’s all talk. So I will be paying at least 70% for what I did not receive. Has now left me very bitter about shopping here again. And I would have given 5 stars for previous in store purchases. NEVER ORDER ONLINE with them.

I had an amazing experience here. I came shopping with a kid and they were very accomodating. It was a hassle-free shopping. The ladies were very pleasant and attentive. I hope they treat all customers the same way. I love their prints on their summer collection.

I had a wonderful experience at Dynamite Metrotown with Adrianna and Christine about a week ago! Both of them went above and beyond to help me find what I wanted and to help me through a relatively complicated purchasing situation. Overall, I left feeling extremely well taken care of and like they were both genuinely invested in helping me find a solution. I would definitely shop here again for any other clothing needs for my upcoming events.

Her commitment to finding the perfect pieces for my upcoming events, while ensuring accuracy, was truly impressive. Mercedez's passion for fashion shone through in her extensive product knowledge and her expert recommendations tailored to my body type. If I ever considered hiring a personal stylist, Mercedez would be my stylist without a doubt.What struck me the most was her remarkable attention to customers. She handled inquiries and problems with grace and kindness, making everyone in our group feel valued and satisfied. She managed her customers efficiently, leaving no one waiting for assistance, all while being available to support her fellow sales associates with her specialized knowledge. Witnessing her in action left me speechless, and I can genuinely say I've never experienced such outstanding customer service before. Mercedez has converted me into a loyal customer, and I can confidently say I am a loyal customer for life.P.SMy previous encounters with Dynamite sales associates back in February were disappointing, to say the least. The service was poor and, at times, even rude. It left me with a negative impression of the store. However, I'm delighted to share that my recent experience with Mercedez has won me over and every time i enter the store I hope to be interacting with her or like minded associates.

This review is for Kristina. I don’t remember the last time I experienced this level of customer service. Is anyone else realizing the begging question of:where has customer SERVice gone since Covid? Emphasis on the serve part!If you want quality service with a great attitude, look no further! Kristina (the store manager) was ever so attentive, kind and patient! People come into stores for an experience that facilitates them making a purchasing decision-dynamite was one of the few places I’ve experienced that in the last few years.Bonus: got a gorgeous outfit that stands out! ??I will be back.
