Claim to have a product on their website. Show up and they say "website is out of date, don't trust it." Well then why have a website? It's just false advertising, makes me waste my time.

These guys go out of there way to ignore you at the commercial services desk. While the people in the offices watch the show. The cashier's are good thou. My recommendation is the Surrey location or if you're in Burnaby, Western building supplies (a decent company) is a block away from these jokers.

A little expensive for a small project but I will say the staff is good.

Office was very busy, took a bit of time to get seen by the main desk. Was a bit awkward ordering and the going to another desk to pay. The yard staff were a great help in finding and loading our materials!!
