Amazing shoe store! Julian helped me and was very friendly, he took the time to patiently advise me and give me the shoes that really fit me. As a tall person, it's not always easy to find good shoes. In the end, I was super happy to get two new pairs of comfy Crocs with some cute Jibbitz, and I definitely want to come back! :-)

Bought a pair of shoes less than a week ago and worn them to work at an office job once before realizing they hurt me. Went back to return the shoes and have been told they are damaged because I have walked in them and they are no longer brand new at the bottom of the shoes… when the shoes are in excellent condition. They refused to take the shoes. Horrible place to shop :( very stressful and unpleasant experience.

Stopped by to check out some Crocs today. I was helped by Mohamed and he was wonderful in determining what Crocs best suit my particular feet and walking pattern. Ended up leaving with some super comfortable pairs of Crocs and will certainly be coming back and recommending my family/friends to check out Devon in the future! Thanks again for all your help Mohamed !

Terrible place to shop. I was there a couple of weeks ago and bought a pair of slippers - one of slipper had nylon thread sticking out. The store clerk exchanged it for me but guess what? I was cheated. They packed the damaged one. They also expect a tip for doing their job - wrong! Please don't shop there. Dishonest people.

Worst store ever. Horrible customer experience. We bought a shoe, it cut the legs. We immediately want to return it, but then they did not open the shop. The wholeManagement is useless. They are saying it’s worn out with small little dirt on it. They made us wait 1 hour and then asked us to even clean the shoe. After all this she spoke to some one in the call and come back saying it’s not returnable. Such a waste of time. Don’t go to this store ever there are better places around. Very very worst customer experience ever. Please avoid.

Bought a croc pair last week 1st n foremost there was no cutomer service at the purchase. one saleslady was busy n kept on motioning she wl attend to us shortly.All this while there was a lady at the cashier named Cindy she calls her self i found out (today) doing nothing .Anyway at the purchase i asked Cindy if i cd wear them out she said no pblm i asked if they wr refundable she said yes keep the receipt n tags. 3 weeks later after initial wear to the car iv been trying to get used to at home on carpet but they cut thru me in ankles.finally i decided to return with the reciept and tags.Cindy was very rude not prepared to hear me out altho i hav recipt n tags i reasoned in vain.she said they r worn ,of course i tried them out thats how i found out. She said u can talk all u want im done no refund....i said pls exchange atleast so my grandson can use.she said nothing doing not prepared to listen and again said u can talk all u want im done .??? sadly iwalked out of store v sad and humiliated at my age i deserve respect i v earned?♂️?♂️☺?
