EXCEPTIONAL ! Service and quality ! I was searching all stores for a specific coverlet. 2 left in Vancouver, a 1 hr drive, but I was determined. Suddenly the phone rang and it was Ann from the Lougheed Mall store, calling back to tell me that she took a moment, (working alone on busy Sat. during covid) and went to look in the back. There she found one !,not in the system. She made the time and effort to try to help, going above and beyond :) This lady and Daniadown deserve recognition for quality service and beautiful, well made, lasting products. THANK YOU
