The items in store were priced differently from the prices on their own website. The staff were nice and sold items at the online price without any hassle. Credit cards are accepted for some transactions, no returns though.

Edit: Having recently consolidated the electrical appliances (from the previous store with the same name across the way), the store is packed with selection though harder to maneuver around the back of the isles.Tight and neat store packed with housewares and kitchen gadgets of reasonable prices, the staff is friendly and helpful.

I am very up sad about the customer services today May 21, 2016 at around 4pm. I was looking for a humidifier and compare to 2 different model. When I asked about the product, lady in " BLACK DRESS " she was unwilling to show me simple by pointing there are all here. I requested to feel the quality of the product cost around $69.99 and she said that " YOU HAVE TO BUY THE PRODUCT FIRST BEFORE I CAN SHOW YOU " As customer, we have the right to see the product before we decide to buy or not ... :( .. I was standing looking at the product as she is not willing to serve me at all ! She is interested to chat with the other old man across her store. At the end I went over to another store and purchased a AIR-O-SWISS model that costed me $225.00 I need to let you know about this serious matter as I remember I bought my first rice cooker 5 years ago and thought to come back again to support. I will never go back to this Cuisine Talent EVER !! Thank you.
