I'm happy with this company so far, they are using same Telus signal. And I got free roaming data using in China, which other companies can get free data? Other companies charges $16/day.. I highly recommend it.

This is the same owner as Suntel which scammed me and thousands of other people. Do a search on Suntel for details. They say they're not related, but check out this photo from before they closed down with the CT Excel sign. Closed Aug. 19, then reopen Sept. 2 with a new name but same China Telecom sign on inside and outside, same plans for Internet and TV, and same pricing meanwhile denying any service or money back to people who prepaid to Suntel. They say they're a different company, but do you believe them? I looked at their business license and the legal name is 1211324 B.C. Ltd. If you contact BC Business Registry, the Director is Yu-Hun Liao aka Andy Liao. Guess who was in charge of Suntel?

SUGGEST NOT USE, though it is cheap. I transferred my mobile number from previous provider to CTEXCEL. I used 3 months of CTEXCEL. Then one day CTEXCEL deactivated my number and denied my mobile number ever exist in their system.They never notify you before deactivating number. That happened twice.I am sad I can not GET BACK my number.One more question is their system is inefficient and slow. It is separated into two parts. the receptionist does not know your case, so they just record what you request. The tech support makes the decision of your case but not really listen and understand what we need and give suggestions.My case for transferring provider takes the whole summer and autumn and now winter is coming.still not solved.
