One of their company’s work vans rear ended a motorcyclist who was stopped at a crosswalk in Port Coquitlam and sent the man on the motorcycle over the bars, knocked him unconscious and sent him to the hospital for two days with a brain bleed. The control temp van was caught on a ring camera then fled the scene while the man was unconscious on the ground, right after the hit and run the control temp van was also caught on two red light cameras while running the red lights fleeing the scene. Because it couldn’t be proven 100% who was driving the control temp van, they got off with some red light tickets. Terrible. I would not want to work with anyone so shady.

I would highly recommend AVOIDING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They had been contracted by our strata management for annual HVAC maintenance, and had not actually been servicing correctly. We had also contracted them for a fan issue, and it turns out that they charged us on service calls where they did not actually ever repair the fan. It took months to chase down the service reports and they then told us that the labourer responsible no longer worked for their company, end of story. Thousands of $$$ wasted on them. We are choosing to not take them to court mainly because of the hassle it entails. Interesting how you have a bunch of 5-star ratings without any actual details, makes you wonder who is leaving these "reviews." Unethical and unreliable. Shame on you.
