Do not entrust with your car! We had to go back for them complete a job they didn’t do properly the first time. Took months of calling and trying to get in touch with the manager until they finally got back to us for a fix…should have gone to a different place here but we wanted to give them a second chance. Upon pick up, they did not notify us of extra charges until last second. When asked for clarification, we were disrespectfully interrupted and impatiently told by the secretary to “just pay and get out!” This is the second time she was rude and gave us attitude. After paying and getting into our car, they left stains on the inside (even thought it was an exterior fix) and irremovable black stains on the seats and trash in our trunk?? Horrible work. HORRIBLE secretary. Horrible service. Go anywhere else but here.

The overall service was friendly and the initial estimates for repair were accurate and well explained to me.
The work done to my vehicles exterior's damage was done in a timely manner within the time they said.
The quality & end result of the repair was very good.

I just had the worst experience at a shop I've ever had. I've worked in the industry for years, including selling mechanic tools so I've dealt with hundreds of shops.
BCAA told me to go here, they got my estimate paperwork from BCAA, never called me to make an appointment as I was told they would so I had to call. I show up, they ask for my vehicle registration, nothing else, I say it's in the car so walk back out. Apparently that wasn't what they were looking for because then they started asking me for my coverage details from BCAA. Not sure why they need that for an estimate? Never been asked for the breakdown of my insurance in my life after an accident.
I don't have that paperwork BCAA never sent it to me, I gave them what BCAA sent me and I kept repeating that and they kept saying I should have it. I have autism so going in circles like that I started to get overwhelmed, and they said they would try and get it and then they said to go deal with the car outside. I was still confused about the paperwork.
Then they said they needed to take photos, so I said let's go take photos. Then they started telling me I needed to calm down and I tried explaining I didn't understand what they wanted from me. Then I explained usually you give yout keys, they deal with your car, you wait, you get your keys back and off you go.
They then said they don't take keys, and that I need to calm down, and at this point I'm pretty much in tears because I'm so confused. Then they ask for my keys right after saying they don't take keys and that sent me iver I handed over my keys and walked away bawling in tears totally confused and overwhelmed.
I call BCAA get the paperwork they were asking for, I calmed down and came back. They handed my keys back to me, didn't say anything to me then flat out refused to do the estimate saying "sorry we can't help you"
Absolutely completely appalled at the service received after trying to explain that I have autism and am overwhelmed and just trying to understand their procedure. I will tell everyone I know to run from this shop, including who I know in the industry. Dispicible service.

Easy to get an appointment,friendly yet professional,Q i think one of the Managers took care of everything,they even cleaned my car when the work is done,It took almosr 2 weeks tho to fix my car but consideing it bridged over the Christmas and New year holiday wait time is pretty reasinable.Highly recommended.

Is there six stars? Dennis is a very enthusiastic and responsible person! My English is not very fluent, but he also spoke to me patiently. In fact, my case was that the previous company in this location (went bankrupt), and I later found out that they had not completely repaired my car, and I still had problems with the rear axle. But Dennis was still very patient and helped me contact ICBC and Cadillac to handle this case. The boss and customers are lucky to meet employees like Dennis.

Would be zero stars was it was available. Do not recommend!! My vehicle was sent there with exterior body damage. Was returned to me with interior damage and with personal items left inside my vehicle (that were not mine). It was being used by their employees. Their work is subpar and their customer service is awful!Service: Auto body & trim repair

Most of the reviews for this place are for the previous Carter Bodyshop and should be removed. Now they'll work on anything, unless it's a car the owner wants to keep that was actually made in Canada and sold up the road. Rude management and in business solely for a quick buck in the late-model market of foreign vehicles you'll be looking to dump in 6 months or a year.

I went to this shop recommended by someone and they seemed to be so annoyed that I went there. The manager at the shop doesn’t know what courtesy means. I have some questions and he was annoyed by my enquiries. I ended getting it paint and fix somewhere else. Manager if you reading this be better or find something new to do.
