Very unhappy with my experience. Waited in line for 15 minutes to ask the pharmacist a question about my medication. At my turn I have been told that I need to wait longer until everyone who are there to pick up their medications to pick up first and then they can attend to me because I am not buying any medication.This is against the code of ethics of pharmacist, being refused medical information because I was not picking up medication at that moment.

They updated their system and you need to call ahead for a faxed prescription. They did not inform their patients of this change causing huge backlogs. Complete incompetence. Even if it's the best price, my time is valuable and I won't be going there anymore.

Had to wait 1week to have a Rx filled. Then when I went to pick up, I was told by the pharmacist that they needed to order the medication. Then as I went again, the compound had to be mixed as it had just arrived! The pharmacist in the telephone was very rude. I told her I would not give a good review as my experience at the Pharmacy was very disappointing

WARNING: CONTAINS (GMO)I looked at some of the bottle label ingredients off the shelf and they contain (GMO) if you dont know what that is, well lets just say its something that should not be inside of you, along with other toxic garbage. I recommend you check it out. Makes me think "how could they sell something like this to people" I no longer take medication due to it making me feel like a zombie cause of the side effects, When I look at the side effects list on any medication there are about 20-30 side effects that I can develop, these include for example (Headache / Nausea / Vomiting / Fatigue / Liver Damage even Over Dose), just to fix 1 health issue. No Thanks!TRY A NATUROPATH INSTEAD!

I rarely go to the pharmacy because I am fortunate to have good health, but I have used this location a few times, and I found the staff to be pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient and accurate. Whether you have a workplace healthcare plan or not, Costco pharmacy has the lowest priced prescription and dispensing prices in BC! Although I am a Costco member, you can still use the pharmacy if you're not a Costco member because all pharmacies in North America cannot ask for memberships if you want to use their service.

One of the pharmacists was being helpful and beyond. She look at the infection I have and recommend me to get doctor check up in person. (while most of the doctors only do phone appointment) Told me where I can find in person clinic.

If you need your prescription in a timely manner, Costco pharmacy is NOT the place. Dropped off the script 1.5h before store closing and was told that nothing will be ready until 10AM the next day.In general, I find more helpful and efficient services at Save On Foods or Shopper’s Drug Mart, where the pharmacists are friendly, approachable and interested in patient welfare. I will not be coming back to Costco Pharmacy even though I am a big fan of Costco.

Surprisingly, they do NOT accept VISA card; Mastercard and debit only.
