I didn't shop here for a long time .I usually shop at Cosmo 120 str and Cosmo Fraiser Hwy and sometimes Cosmo Richmond in a while. On Nov 16th after I received the answer from Cosmo 120th with a powerful and very gruff voice on the phone but I knew it wasn't Jas. This is made me change my mind and I decided shop at Cosmo Burnaby. When I come the 3 people working here they're welcome and very polite and service nice.I will happily come back.

Tried exchanging a shampoo that had a thick, jelly consistency at the bottom of the bottle. The employee unscrewed the bottle and spilled some of the shampoo out while checking it. After checking it I was told there’s nothing that could be done because it now looked normal. I even showed a video I took of the jelly looking shampoo. I was told I could exchange it, but the same shampoo was out of stock. I ended up having to spend even more money on something different which I find extremely unfair and very poor customer service. I had to advocate for myself in order to even be allowed to exchange it which means if I didn’t, I would be sent home with the same defected bottle that was also spilled in the store.

Definitely have staffing issues, I applied for job and was told only p/t, that’s ok and she said great I’ll call you with the times to come to work and never heard back and wouldn’t answer my calls, got a form email asking me to apply so I did again and once again was asked to c9me in for interview so I said I was just in there a few months ago and was told I had the job, so she said she’d look into it and guess what? I never heard back from them….and yes the staff are inconsistent and unknowledgeable, called Ferrari red hairdryer the Cadillac of hairdryers….hum, it’s Ferrari Red hello?

Went to buy something and things where in store on sale.Product rang in at 13.79. Just cause I asked if they had more they told me that was not the price … She started call someone about it they said they should have pulled of shelf’s. .So I said at least can you honor what they are ringing up as. Girl was very rude and said what would she look like if she did that …very rude staff ..other location people smoke pot in back on there break. Place is getting worse no customer service! Not educated in the fieldCant answer any questions!!!!So why have people work in a industry that don’t know how to deal with customers …

Terrible experience. Seriously worst customer service. I went back to return an unopened item. The worker with red hair opened the item, proceeds to tell me that it’s opened when she breaks the seal herself. Then tells me that there’s stuff missing, accuses me of using a couple of them already but I did not open it so I was very confused. I then investigate and actually found that the missing item was just mixed up in another area of the box. I’m not sure how but I was somehow unlucky and purchased that one. We find the solution to where the missing item was and I was able to prove that I wasn’t lying when I said I didn’t use it but she refuses to even acknowledge it and even look at it. She then goes back to say that it’s already opened and can’t do anything. If you go to this location, make sure nothing is missing before you buy it or actually go to another location because the workers were extremely rude here. I highly recommend secret beauty nail instead. I honestly wish cameras at the store could catch the fact that she opened the seal herself. It’s not even about the money at this point, it was a cheap item, it’s more the principle and getting accused of things I didn’t do and to top it off, rude workers.

Normally I don't like going in here because the staff is usually grumpy. But today! This wonderful woman working all on her own was sooo friendly and sweet and helpful. Really really kind. I wish I got her name because she deserves recognition for being so lovely!!

I drove all the way to burnaby to visit this location. I believe the girls name was Anna. Very beautiful girl… well dressed and nice hair and makeup (which helps when you’re selling beauty products). On top of looking great she was patient with me and my large stroller and she was professional and knowledgeable about all the products. Her staff were also friendly and made me feel welcome. I had some questions about olaplex and this girl KNEW HER STUFF! It made me feel confident in my purchase. Highly recommend!!

It was terrible customer service. The staff is so rude. She has blone short hair. I asked if she could help me find the toner that is easiest to use. She didnt answer the question but she asked me do i have certificate? Which school that i going to how come i asked her that question eventhough i showed her my hairstylist certificate and she also said she is not here to educate me and here she only sell to the professionals. Such a rude way to talk to customers. And also last time i went there was another rude lady talk to me too. This cosmoprof location is not deserved to have any customer. If i can give zero star review i would do it.

I wish I can give them 0 star , they are super rude , I will never ship there again at all. So many times I been there and the staff are terrible , I am a pro and they can’t treat me like that . Not recommended unless they change their staff or train them to act nicer to their professional customer
