Cosmoprof has historically been and always will be a reliable source of supplies for beauty professionals. Thank you for moving to such a convenient location despite the locals being angry and aggressive about it being a professionally exclusive store. Cosmoprof has always had amazing customer service and will always check other locations for stock. Thank you cosmo team!!

They wouldn’t let me buy what I wanted because I’m not a hairdresser
I remember coming a few years back and it was open to everyone
Not sure how this little “business” even stays open when they literally didn’t want my money today… you’re eliminating 99% of your clientele when you make it a “hairdressers only” kind of place
No signage on the door stating this either so me going inside just to be turned away after travelling to come here was a major waste of time
I wanted lashes which they said they do sell here. Not sure how that’s an item which would help HAIRSTYLISTS, nor is it an item a hairstylist would even have interest in buying
Overall a waste of time and a scam
If it’s not open to the public, please make that known so people don’t waste time getting here and coming in just to be greeted with your bad attitude and denying me to purchase items

I came to the store and the manager was telling me they were not open and being so rude just right after coming out of the door. She was talking me they are not open and I am so confused as I’ve been in this store before and it says it’s open. I feel discriminated. I has an account and I had shop here before. Just to go another store! Done give your money to people like this.

Excellent customer service whenever I walk in. They greet with a friendly hello and ask what you need help to find. Only for licensed hairstylists.

Overall I had a good experience in this store. There is a large selection of hair products. Parking can be tricky during rush hour times.
