Customer service is very good and most banking is free. I will choose this any day over corporate banks.

The branch is easy to access and quiet and has competitive interest rates on GICs BUT Coast Capital's online banking system is down so much that I end up having to do everything in person. So 1970s. Not what I expect from a modern credit union.
