I had great experience today. I bought a beautiful lamb skin dress. I bought this dress not only because it was beautiful but because Anastasia the employee who was working gave me amazing customer service . She had great knowledge and experience with this material . She took her time talking to me and removed the dress off the Mannequin so I can try it on . Best item I have purchased this month ! Thank you

I wish I could give Club M Metropolis store a zero star. I've been Club Monaco customers in various countries for over 10 years. The quality of the clothes are out of control and deteriorating over time, especially when the brand was sold to Ralph, then a private equity firm.
Huge disappointment about the visit. I bought a silk shirt and discovered the staff did not remove security tag attached in the shirt a few weeks later when I wanted to wear it to work. I had no intention to return it as I know my size so I didn't keep the receipt.
Not only did I spend 30 minutes on going back to the store to ask them to remove the tag, but also I was questioned by their staff in the store if I really bought the clothes as they wanted me to present the receipt at cashier or told them the 'exact date of the purchase'. I couldn't believe they were hopeless to locate my purchase history simply by using my phone number/email. Even Sephora can! Did they ask for receipt implied I stole the shirt?
No smile. No Apology. But at least the security tag was removed after they found the purchase record in 5 minutes themselves. It was a ridiculous client service experience. I think they should assist customers genuinely and proactively as it was their fault of overlooking the security tag at the first place. I hope they have a better staff training as we, club M customers expect a better client service than going to a discount clothing store.

Company policy doesn’t care about customer service or experience. I bought two dresses yesterday, to try on at home with shoes and accessories, with the intent to return one. The salesman said I could bring it back any time in the next. 90 days.I made my decision and tried to return one dress today. There was no one at the cash desk being served but I was told they were not taking returns today or tomorrow because it slowed down their system.What happened to “any time” and the fact that not a single transaction was being processed by that location at that moment in time.

Love the clothe, but similar to other older reviews, the sales here are still horrible. Cashier misinform us like he didn't care to help, we ended up found the item we want on our own. I would give one star for this store but giving an extra one, cause the lady at the changing room was friendly and tried to do her job.
