They cancelled my service on April, still charged me till July. Called to pay it off but asked to have the charges removed and they wouldn't saying the charges were valid, although they cut my son's phone off. Beware of these crooks!

Leaving a review only to shout out Albert - he, unfortunately, was the receiving end of my Karen-ness at the end of a very bad week, which happens all too often to those of us in customer service positions, and he handled it beautifully, calling me back with a solution to my problem and graciously brushing off my apologies with a smile. I really, really appreciate it - with my tail between my legs. Thank you, Albert! Oh, and Cityfone is great - cheap and easy to deal with, unless you lose your phone because unfortunately they don't have online chat anymore, I guess due to joining with Zoomer Wireless. My one complaint!

Cannot get ahold of anyone unless youre willing to wait on hold for over an hour!
No online chat either.

I'm using zoomer wireless which is for old folks that need a basic plan w/data. It seems like my provider is Cityphone so this is the right place to review my experience - i'm not sure why all the bad reviews but going on 10 years with this service, I have been extremely happy with Zoomer. The bills are cheap, the service has been great with 4GB a month and the website is easy to use to monitor usage / billing. I'm sad to say that I need to migrate over to red wireless as zoomer will discontinue their 3G/4G service soon.

Previously complained when i thought they had charged me a monthly fee, but i realized they actually were refunding me the monthly fee. was not expecting that.

Worst telecom company ever. Customer Service=0000. Replacement phone ordered Sept. 28 not yet delivered after 13 days!!!! Pony express.

Sorry to complain about the Service in Montreal is just terrible.Unfortunately I've to many experience what's really bad. They promise, the say something what's not true. Not honest to deal with customers. No, to at all happy and will leave this company.You may phone me.

Worst service, customer service. They send email and asking to call and when you call saying email is nonsense. They said supervisor will call with in 24 to 48 hours and after three days no call. All they care is money and accuse you of not getting higher contract. They said when you contract finished you do not need to call and we give 10% discount but when I call the agent was not aware of it and put me on hold and then said it's done. Then when I checked my bill was the same and when I call back agent telling me did you give notice and after checking said that agent did not do it properly and it did not went through so I fix it for your next bill and all nonsense.

Cityfone used to have the absolutely best customer service. Rogers bought out Cityfone. Now when calling Cityfone, you can expect to sit on hold for .5 - 1 hour before you get through to Rogers Call Centre in India. Then you will be helped by a 'know-nothing' rep who treats you like the enemy. The Canadian Gov't has approved of Rogers consuming Shaw Cable. Another 'great customer service' provider will soon be serving us the same odious customer service and sky-high prices as Rogers, Telus and Bell.

Zoomed has the worst service. Supposed to be rogers network, but they obviously is the slow part. Calls always dropped, even when I was talking to their support line. Finally decide to move on. Only for them to tell me I have to pay a cancellation fee. I never singed a contract. Stay away from this company.
