Previously complained when i thought they had charged me a monthly fee, but i realized they actually were refunding me the monthly fee. was not expecting that.

We've made 2 technical service calls in the past month or so. Both times the Cityfone agent (Josh was the second one) was knowledgeable, polite, and patient. There was virtually no wait. and they resolved both issues that we had. Excellent service.

I am with Cityfone for over 20 years and I don't have any problem with service. I really recommend this company.
