Staff are not that good and goods there are over priced compared to the corner store across the street

The lady staff gave wrong info when I called before I went, no greeting, no sorry for made me drive so long there, just said I didn’t check when you called…When I asked if any washroom nearby, she was kinda alert and just said no, I don’t know. I wasn’t about to borrow their washroom… very disappointing/ dishonest/ unhelpful. Better to go somewhere else if you have choice.

There is no way someone gave this store a 5☆. Must be a relative. The employees are so lazy they can't even keep the ice cream machine working or the slushy.

Last year during my studies at Simon Fraser university I took the R5 and another bus every day to get to school. This was a time when wearing a mask was mandatory to ride public transit. One morning I was leaving my house to catch my first bus, as I was in a rush I forgot my mask and a didn't have any extras in my backpack. I was walking to the bus stop when I saw the bas was already there so I started sprinting to the stop. Just as I was reaching the bus, it started moving so I did the only thing I could. I ran alongside the bus and waved at the driver to stop the bus. Luckily for my the driver stopped the bus, and because of how unusual it was he didn't realize I wasn't wearing a mask. I only realized half way to my destination that I wasn't wearing a mask so I planned to visit the convenience store to buy myself a face mask while I waited for my second bus. I got off the bus and went in the store looking out for face masks. I couldn't find any so I asked the cashier if they had any face masks and he said 'no'. I was flabbergasted by his response. This is absurd, how could they not have any face masks I thought to myself. Disappointed and worried I walked to my bus stop waiting for the R5 bus. For my own sake I won't talk about the rest of my day as it doesn't pertain to the purpose of this review. For short: I went here, they didn't have masks, I was sad.

used to have ice cream and hot food hot dogs etc but staff never update stock for cooking lately, coffee cream always empty chili empty etc ice cream and pop machine always broken or diet only drinks available etc. could be a better store and a security guard would help at night to keep vagrants lounging inside the store but don't expect a hot dog cooking or a Slurpee / pop machine working at this location always issues and or stock not available not sure why such poor quality service and restocking issues store locked at night nobody around supposed to be 24 hour etc. I avoid now because chances are a hot coffee or hotdog are not available or only during lunch available that must be the only time when a manager visits. you can buy a pack of smokes and overpriced bottled beverage reliably here otherwise chances are what your looking for isn't available. This area needs a big well run 7-11 badly. great opportunity for a well run 24 hour convenience store in the area because this store is no competition. the nearest well run 7-11 is on kingsway at royal oak. or 41st and kingsway is very well operated. both offer good 24 hour service circle k at production way station is hit and miss like all Canadian run circle k they used to be well run but security is absent in the evenings thus issues affect everyone with less service at night. Any well run 24 hour store will have security at night in order to effectively properly serve customers. Not everyone works dayshift hours so 24 hour service is the only time for some shiftworkers healthcare workers etc to shop. This entire GVRD is so paranoid about opening stores late you cant buy anything on your 4 AM BREAK EXCEPT at A AND W. a well run well lit security present large conveience store would do very well in North Burnaby. The night cops like fresh donuts and chili hint hint. 24 hour chicken down the street a bit u can see thru the reviews that nothing gets done to address the issues.

This used to be a Mac's here but has changed its name to Circle K. I came to grab hot dogs but unfortunately there was none. I asked the lady about it and she said it takes 2 hours to cook and on top that they make 4 to 5 each time only because the hot dog is not in demand at this location. When I showed up, it was pretty empty. The employee seems to be hiding in the back the entire time. The inside is quite interesting. It looks like it went through half completed renovations. The isles are clean and wide. There are plenty of free parking out front.

This is my favorite Circle K store in this side of Metro Vancouver. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. They will also help you to look for items when you cannot find it. This place has less dodgy people hanging around. Parking is readily available in the lot out front. It has not been overly busy every time I am there. I hardly get coffee from convenience stores but I do like the ones here. You get to choose the blend, usually house or dark roast is available. Add the milk or cream or flavored cream (hazelnut or vanilla or both). There are also flavored syrups (caramel, hazelnut and vanilla) to sweeten it. The stir stick is individually wrapped in plastic. Sleeves and lids are well stocked. Everything is there. You can also customize your hotdog or even add Mac and cheese to it? It is too fancy for me to try. Maybe one day. So far I am just a ketchup, mustard and relish person. At most I will add onions or jalapeños. During hot summer days the froster (like slurpee) is nice. And you can make it a screamer by adding soft serve to it too. Then you get the usual convenience store items like milk, basic food items and snacks. I have seen sandwiches and stuff too. I should spend more time to checking it out. I usually just grab and go.
