not well organized at all!! made the appointment online with Candy Li like a month ago. showed up on time, been in the line and waited to get a help for about 10mins, finally somebody came out and asked why I'm here today. He asked me to have a seat and get welcomed by another staff, he was kind enough to ask me again why I'm here. Although nobody mention Candy Li is not even at work today. There's someone else has an appointment ahead of me with Candy Li. so I have to wait for another 10-15mins (already been 15mins), god knows how much more minutes I need to wait. I'm still sitting right here and waiting with patient. what a waste of time that you have to wait while you already booked an appointment. Terrible experiences with CIBC, not just this branch.

This branch does not have tellers, but you can book meetings with advisors there. I've had good luck at this branch. Better customer service than the Metrotown branch. The advisors at this branch are awesome!

I had a HORRIBLE experience at this branch. One morning, I made several calls to this branch to schedule a mortgage renewal. My 1st call, I was placed on hold. After some time waiting, my call was cut off - someone actually hung up on me. I called again and again but this time I kept on going to their voicemail. I left a voicemail eventually hoping someone would return my call.After about 2 hours of waiting for someone to call me, I decided to go to this branch to really see if they were genuinely busy. I arrived inside the branch and there was only ONE client at the ATM machine. From inside, I made multiple calls to see if someone would actually pick up my calls since it was NOT busy. There were two staff standing, drinking coffee and chatting several meters from me - man, my calls kept going to their voicemail.I finally went up to the customer service staff and told her how I felt about their customer service and it sucks - deceiving!Imagine all the customers who had called this branch who were directed to leave voicemails because they were led to believe this branch was busy. I wont be surprised if this is the tactic that management of this branch implemented to filter out outside calls.If a branch is not busy, staff should and must answer calls. If the front counter staff is busy, the call must bounce to another person until someone answers.Everyone is getting paid to do their jobs properly and management at this branch was underperforming and has failed to step up basic customer service.I hope that CIBC reads this review and make necessary changes so customer will be delighted and happy.Sadly, I left them the voicemail last week and up to now, nobody has returned my call. This is evidence that this CIBC Highgate branch SUCKS with customer service.

Long wait but rep was exceptional. They only have one rep at counter but précy was exceptional. She is really on the ball, helpful and even waived fee for our bank draft. Sorry for half dozen waiting behind us. Really should hire one or two more counter people. RBC, td, bmo all have 3+ people working front counter. Why is cibc so cheap?

The worse bank in history like come on, my card was not working for online transactions and I visited the bank in person and they gave me number for the fraud so I can get my card work boy I was in call with them for a week about a hour a day they never answered my call it’s always the Robot talking saying the next agent will be with you shorty but for more then a hour for just to verify my purchase wow that’s how you treat your customers.
