Lovely fashionable boutique and friendly service. Larissa was super helpful and immediately picked up my style. I was looking for last minute outfit to go to an event and walked out with three lovely pieces. This was my first experience and will definitely be back!

Love shopping here with my Mom and daughter! The clothes are always on trend and Larissa is very friendly and polite with everyone that comes through the door. I dislike it when retail shops just stuff your clothes that you bought in a bag but at Chickadee, The clothes are folded nicely and wrapped in paper so its nice to see the care put into that! Truly nice to get excellent customer service at this little boutique in Burnaby!

Literally could not say enough good things about this place! After a horrendous couple of hours shopping at metrotown yesterday trying to find a dress to wear to a wedding i remembered about Chickadee. I called beforehand and Anna told me what she had in stock. I whipped down on my lunch break and the very FIRST dress I tried on fit amazingly, made me feel like a million bucks and she helped me pick out the right earrings. In and out in 15 minutes. Great clothes, wonderful staff. If only they were open on mondays...sigh. Thanks Anna!!!

My favorite boutique in North Burnaby. You can get warm service and find great stuff always. Their selections are amazing - classy and casual, clothes and accessories.

Super cute boutique with beautiful clothes! Was warmly greeted by Larissa who immediately helped me pick out the prefect dress for a wedding. She was so kind and helpful! Loved my first experience there and will definitely be coming back to shop more :)

Very odd experience during a callback… I rang the store a couple of times during business hours but there was no answer. It was later in the day so not lunch break. Anyway, they called back but I couldn’t answer and they left a message but shortened my name for some reason (my full name is on caller ID). The content of the voicemail didn’t relate to me at all so I wonder if they confused me for another customer and called me instead of the other person with a sort of similar name. It was just very strange. I really think their call was intended for another person.
