Going to the gas bar today and I felt angry and confused about the customer experience with the old (I believe 50ish years old) lady (I also believe she comes from Philippines and her name tag is Mardy or something else). She hopped on the counter aggressively to overwhelmingly take over a young girl who was supposed to serve me. That's fine because I dont care provided that someone helps me in the store. Then the thing began. I came to pump gas with a promotion in my Journie app(I am a loyal member of Chevron and Journie app for many years). I tried to ask her about this promotion and conditions and she started showing her attitude with her rude talk to me and throw a unpleasant eyes to me just like I came to ruin the store or do something bad (I just want to pump gas honestly). She check me out with a very bad attitude and almost threw the receipt on the counter for me to collect. And I was not the only victim of this kind of customer experience. 2 people behind me in the line also received this attitude. I may think she has a bad hair day but ultimately we are customer coming to pump gas. We dont do something wrong. There are many gas bars on Kingsway and we choose this to support the business but this attitude scares me next time I have to consider where to pump to have a better customer service.

Picked up a new Tank Traders exchange propane tank at this Chevron for $77.99 and noted exchange tanks were $32.99. I then went to Super Save to have my other 20lb and 5lb tanks filled for a total of $26.98. Then went to Canadian Tire for a few things. Noticed the Tank Traders new tanks are only $ 72.99 and exchange tanks at $27.99. Both $5 less than Chevron for the exact same thing! Don't get your propane here, you are being ripped off!

?️?️?️?️?️I am filling up with this company for more than 20 years and especially these businesses location and the staff that can be here manager all the best customer service and washroom and proper cleaning as well and all other services are very great and special for that I must express my thanks here on behalf of customers. I have been going to that same chevron for over two decades it is one of the cleanest well organized place because the hard work employees who work there.

This service station has the best staff of any establishment that I have been to in the last 5 years. They respect me. They treat me with respect. When I walk in the door they say hello! Not once have I ever felt disrespected and for that I give this place 15 stars and the night staff are the kindest people I've ever met .. keep up the good work.Oh ya ?️⚧️ friendlyThank you Chevron staff you rock !!???

Don't know too much about their gas prices and whatnot but they have the nicest, clenaiest most convenient gas station bathroom I've ever been in. It's super clean, smells nice, paper towels and a Dyson hand dryer, motion activated soap dispenser/tap,
coat hook, baby changing station and even a little foldable table surface. As a tradesman I rely on these places daily and to see one maintened and design this well really made my day.

Gas stations in or near High Gate area seems to be cheaper in the area. This gas station is easy to get into and out. It is not always super busy. The gas station is clean. There is a small convenient store inside.

Some of the card readers on the pump machines will always read the bank card pin numbers wrong. Had the card locked and change the pin numbers. (calling bank with 2hrs wait and travel to atm). It's been months and they still haven't fixed it or maybe they are stealing card info?

I come here in the morning at least three times a week for coffee and snacks. Usually good gas prices of you need to fill up. The staff, Myrna and the other morning folks are always happy and friendly making this one of my favorite places to stop on my way to work.

This is still my favourite place to get gas for my car. It's processed locally at the Burnaby Chevron refinery, and my engine performs flawlessly with its Techron additives. I usually fill up in the evening for the best price and their promotion for 10 dollars off per fill-up for hospital (healthcare workers) and emergency service worker (Police, Fire and Ambulance) is awesome!
