Terrible service! Terrible attitude! set up our account without giving us online access. we went back and wasted two more hours and they could not figure out how to input our payment information- We went to commercial drive location and the problem was resolved in 20 mins. go elsewhere to get a chatr account. Crystal mall chatr are completely incompetent and will screw it up.

I'm with Chatr since 2016 and I almost switched to another provider. Most staff in Toronto don't know what they're doing. But Nicole is the best I've ever seen, she's very patient, clearly explained each plan, and followed up twice on the same day to see if the new plan worked well.

Lost my phone and ID. Staff was helpful and retrieved my old number. Set up
