Very good system install, & great service from manager / salesman Mike ! (Probably would not have considered doing the job without his service)
-side note, they need to revisit full business name as no bank can fit full title into a draft or wire transfer. Huge hassle trying to pay them.
But all in all great overall experience.

We recently had Central Commercial & Residential Services LTD. replace our furnace, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Sales and Service above and Beyond. Was in a dilemma for a few weeks deciding between Central, Vendor M, and Vendor G.
Truth is Vendor G gave the best price but responds up to a week to an inquiry, while Vendor M and Central were both quick to reply and answer my questions. Vendor M was the priciest but they were willing to match Central, but dealing with Central’s Mike made me finally choose them. Not only did he spend time explaining to me all options, he also volunteered to help me fix all my problems in getting my electrical permit from the city, and helped me joining the government programs for rebates and interest free loans. I kid you not, Mike is The Professional you want working with you. He never fails to answer my questions and give me suggestions. The Central team also made a clean and quick install on our 3-story townhome. Every detail was met and they would ask me if there was any concern before proceeding. I highly recommend Mike and his team!

Everyone at Central Gas Services is super helpful and always quick to respond to questions. From the initial quotation to have a new dual fuel heat pump system installed (which was handled by Mike) to the installation and follow-up visit (handled by Brian & team), everything was done according to schedule and performed efficiently. Even dealing with the office for some other admin questions was very smooth. Overall I am delighted with choosing Central Gas and would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional company to handle their heating/cooling needs.

We purchased the Trane duel fuel heating system consisting of an electric heat pump and natural gas furnace. From the beginning, Mike was very informative to what unit would be ideal for the size of the home. The installation was professional and tidy. Mike again was very helpful in applying for the Fortis rebate. I highly recommend Central Commercial and Residential for your HVAC needs.

I called Central Commercial & Residential in Summer 2024 for a quote to replace my decades-old furnace. Mike Sepehr came by and gave me a competitive quote for a new furnace, but also told me about FortisBC’s new $10,000 dual fuel heating system rebate. After the rebate, the dual fuel system (heat pump [which doubles as a central A/C] plus high efficiency natural gas furnace) would work out to nearly the same price as a new furnace by itself!
I was wary because you have to pay the entire cost upfront and then hope you’ll get the rebate cheque from FortisBC (months later). There’s always the chance that your claim could be denied because of an oversight on your part or the installer’s part. But Mike was very responsive, patient and informative in response to my questions. We had multiple phones calls and text message conversations to make sure that the company would meet each one of FortisBC’s lengthy requirements for the rebate. He really went the extra mile to earn my business!
The team sent to do the install was professional, polite, efficient, and did the job according to code, city bylaws and manufacturer recommendations. This included installing electrical wiring + breakers, running exhaust/intake pipes outside my house and placing the heat pump the required distance from the adjoining property line. They finished the job in one day and didn’t leave any mess.
When it came time to fill out the rebate application, Mike was again very responsive and provided exactly every document I needed to upload from their end (make sure you meet all the eligibility requirements on your end). I’m pleased to say FortisBC approved my application and sent my cheque in under 2 months from the date I applied.
I’d highly recommend dealing with Mike Sepehr and Central Commercial & Residential for your furnace and/or heat pump install.

I highly recommend Central looking to upgrade their heating and cooling system. I asked for quotes from different companies, Mike was the fastest to respond and gave me the best price.
He was very responsive to email and phone calls. I was very impressed by how quickly his team was able to do the work. Brian and his team did a great job during installation. They were very respectful of my home and kept there work area very clean.

Central did a great job installing our heat pump system in our townhouse. They were very quick and it looks very professionally done. Mike was really communicative during the process and accommodated a last minute time change request for us which was highly appreciated.
One thing that was noticeable was they had a decent sized crew going in and out and it would have been easy to leave a mess but when they were gone it was as if no one was ever here. I’d definitely recommend them!
