TLDR; Their presentation and communication could be better, but the repair work done is great and legit. I can't speak for the accessories they sell. 4.5/5.
Went here because my phone screen suddenly started having a glitchy/whiteout display (not cracked) and they offered to replace the whole screen with the options of the official one or a much cheaper aftermarket one; I went with aftermarket as I'm due for an upgrade anyways. They said they ran into an issue where an internal cable was found to be damaged as well, and that I needed to wait an extra day or two so they could order the part to complete the fix, but I didn't have to pay for the ordered part.
As this place has mixed reviews I was a little hesitant but gave them the benefit of the doubt. After 2 days they had not contacted us which made me a little worried so I visited the store again and they said the order should be arriving the following day. The following day they contacted me and I picked up my repaired phone. They actually went ahead and replaced the screen with an official one (not aftermarket), with a screen protector, at no additional cost.
The job seems to be well done and I have no issues so far, will update this review if it suddenly starts having problems. The total cost ended up being a little over half of what other repair places were quoting for a repair with official parts, so I can't be too upset about the wait. Main issues would be the lack of communication during the wait, as well as their Google Maps phone # actually being an outdated wrong number.

Absolutely do not go here for anything. The service itself is fine, but the parts for your iPhone will leave you with a persistent notification. they do not tell you this when you pay them. Just avoid these dodgy shops and pay more for the real stuff.
It’s relatively minor in the grand scheme of things, but this is not ethical business.
quick edit: also, be aware that they will lie to you about the cost of official repairs through the Apple Store. Completely dishonest.

Over Priced, Before buying from here you can easily find same cases from Amazon for $10 whereas these guys will tell you $50/ Case then bring it down to actual price.
I wouldn’t recommend this place as this is utter scam. I can see tons of other reviews mentioning the same thing.
Never recommend this to anyone….

Can the owner of the store please contact me immediately, I love the store and have been coming for years, spent maybe 1000$ in that time. All the employees I’ve encountered have been amazing with the exception of my last visit. I’ve never felt scammed coming to the store until that visit, I’ve asked for the owner’s contacts to resolve the situation and the new employee lies and says he’s the manager and that he wouldn’t give me the contact. I went in again today and the same employee is working. I will never step foot in your store again if I see this man at the desk. He’s a liar and I feel he tried to manipulate and scam me.(I’ve never had anything but positive interactions in my.many previous visits) You gained my business because another repair company gave me the exact same feeling of being scammed and having the employee there attempt to manipulate. I’m reaching out to give you the chance to make things right and to give you the feedback that this employee is giving customers of your company an incredibly bad experience. Thank you.

THIS PLACE IS AN UTTER SCAM!!!! READ MY STORY BEFORE GOING!!!
*Summary: phone glass broke after waiting 3 months for it to be replaced after a $70 deposit and several visits/calls to their store. Their excuse? Their technician was never in.*
I went to replace the back glass on my iPhone 11. Unfortunately their technician was out but if I put down a $70 deposit (half now half later) I could come back and pick up my phone in 2 hours. When I came back, the technician still had not showed up. I left my other phone number with them so they could update me, but they never did and I waited 2 hours for nothing. This was the last time they treated me politely and for my next encounters the man there was always demanding.
This scenario happened on 3 different occasions over a couple months (same guy at the store). I continued to go back there and their technician was never available even after I waited when they asked. I also called the store each time before I went it. I eventually went in to argue my money back because they had NEVER performed the service and seemed like they never will. The only reason I went to this store in the first place was because it was about $50 cheaper than competitors (besides Apple) and they offered the service the same day (or so they said).
ALSO side note: the store was always crazy messy, and whenever I gave them my phone the guy ended up putting papers on top of it and talking to other customers. (HOWEVER I still don’t fully blame the guy after everything, he looked like he wanted to leave just as much as I did.)
They said they DONT GIVE REFUNDS. (I am not a Karen as I am 17 years old and appreciate the service industry, but I was getting visibly frustrated and this guy definitely knew and recognized me by now.) He said he’ll call the technician and get it done that day. When he called he told me “Sorry our technician said he won’t come in today because it’s raining.” I am not lying. Dude. For context I was with my sweet hearted Grandma. If she hadn’t stood up for me and said, “What is he gonna melt or something? Give her deposit back, you never performed the service she payed for,” I may never have gotten my phone fixed (although in retrospect I wish I never did at this place). The guy was stunned and finally decided to do his job. (Thank you Grandma nerves of steel).
After 5 hours (I came back at like 7pm that day) I finally got my phone back with the back glass replaced.
IT BROKE THE NEXT DAY AND I DIDN'T EVEN DROP MY PHONE OR ANYTHING!!!!!!!! ?????I was told by a tech inclined friend that they didn’t fully remove the glue from the old glass and caused stress points to the new glass. The fracture on my back glass was not nearly as big as my new glass is now (I am too broke to replace it a second time). I understand back glass is tricky to replace and requires a special part, but boy was it not worth doing it cheaper.
I’m writing this review now a year later because I’ve heard the same story from 2 DIFFERENT PEOPLE!!! They always say the technician is out and get you to put down a deposit. DON’T FALL FOR IT.!
LESSON LEARNED: JUST FREAKING GO TO APPLE!! Don’t waste time and money for a service that isn’t done correctly.
*Also this may be unrelated but less than a month later my front screen glitched (turned unresponsive to touch) and I had to fully replace it too (this time I went to Apple). For context, I have an iPhone 11 that was almost brand new and as it’s my first phone I take good care of it. It had no reason to glitch and this despicable experience at Cellicon made me even more suspicious.*

Do not go. Just don't go. It was the worst service I've ever experienced in Canada. They said it would take 2 hours, but it took 26 hours. They said they would replace it with another part because the body and screen size did not match, but when I did that, the S Pen was not recognized. Lastly, the back cover of the phone said it would stick when I put the case on, but it hasn't stuck for 4 hours. I received the service sparingly and there were no discounts or additional services at all. The price is expensive at $260 and it took all day, so I'm worried about my personal information being leaked. It's amazing that the store is still open.

Samsung wanted me to pay over 500 to replace the back and front of my S20 because apparently u can't just do the front. Walked over to cell icon and buddy replaced my screen. Finished sooner than he said he would. Finger print works, face I'd works, phone charges. Very happy.
