Had an amazing deal on a Chevy Trax, unbeatable pricing for the car compared to other dealers. The salesman was a pleasure to do business with, very helpful, very clear and very pleasant overall. All of the other people in sales, insurance, and the entire purchasing process were incredibly helpful, advising valuable information and helping me choose the best options that have saved me more money than I ever thought. In the end it all worked out and I left the dealership with a brand new Chevy.

I had an issue with the driver side key access cover plate not staying properly anchored on my recently purchased 2024 Chevrolet Trax. The service adviser ( Brad) deserves a 5 star for his work.Why a overall 2 star rating? (Really it should be 1.5 )The replacement part needed to be colour matched and painted by their body shop which at the time when it was completed and installed looked good.The next day I went to hand wash my vehicle and noticed there is a dust particle embedded under the surface of the new painted replacement part.It's something that doesn't visibly stand out sharply to my eyes, but to me is a reflection on the quality workmanship (small or large) of their body/paint shop. For this reason I have given a generous 2 star rating to Carter Chevrolet

Bought a used Chevy from them in June 2022. Just shy of my first oil change, the engine was having issues and creating a knocking sound. I take it into their service and turns out there wasn't any oil in the car. They said to come back every 1000 km to rule out oil consumption issue. So.. did that for the next 11 months, no apparent issue. I was told by the service guy that they might have forgot to put oil in the car. What!?!?!? Now, the car has been stalling in the middle of the road for the past week. And the engine light keeps coming on. They did a diagnostic and it might be the timing chain, which costs thousands of dollars to replace!! I look into it and it turns out that damage can be done to it if you don't take proper care of the oil (like having oil in the car). I end up having to explain this situation to the service manager. No responsibility taken what so ever.. I was brushed off and told the best they can do is offer 10% off labour to look into the engine to see if there are any issues. Absolutely horrible!

Need more professional people how know how to nice with clients and make comfortable. Pick up and drop off its so difficult. You may think for Uber as an option when no chattel available. I suppose to get a rental car and due to peek time was no car available. Also , think for a rent car as option.
