Heard about this place! Picked up some delicious Mexican Chorizo and Tortillas for a birthday dinner for Hubby. Great little place

Good products, reasonable price but the service leaves a lot to be desired. They are more focused on fighting among themselves than on serving the people who go to the store. As a Latin store, they lack a lot in the good treatment and service that characterizes us.

Very bad experience, way too crowded , staff is very rude with zero customer service experience. Meat is below average quality far from other real butcher shops in Vancouver. All latin products can be found at any other latin stores in the area with a better customer satisfaction. Definitely not going back nor recommend this place to no one.

I like the place, I find everything is good.But it's terrible because the service is very slow, there is always a queue because they are slow.And this is ugly when it's too cold.The last time I left better, the wait was too much.

I love this place, I am Chilean and I love Mexican food and delicious things they have to sell, generally the girls are very friendly and the man who is there I assume is the owner, too, my only comment is the speed with which they serve, personally I pass because I always have 10 to 15 minutes left for my bus to take me to Capitol Hill, it's a bus that only runs every half hour, and yesterday I warned the girl that it would take too long with some chicken hearts that I ordered Since my bus was going to leave, I had already been in the store for at least 10 minutes waiting for my order, after it arrives, he puts the transaction in the machine but it doesn't pass it to me, and he starts talking, giving a solution to the problem. another problem that was happening with another girl who I think is new, I tell her again that I have to go and if she can give me money to pay, she continues talking and focusing on a purchase that is not hers and leaving me aside as a client . It seems to me that this attitude should be discussed with her, since she cannot do something like that when I repeatedly mentioned to her that I was in a hurry, and in a hurry because she took too long with my order since I did go on time, but as I already mentioned, she He gave more importance to clients that he was not even serving. She is the blonde girl there, normally the same thing always happens to me when I deal with her, since the girl who wears glasses and the girl with bangs are very fast while they can. I went there for the first time this week, NOT impressed, the woman at the counter was rude, it was like if she didn't want any customers to bother her, besides the meat I got was of poor quality and expensive. Not comming back.

The flank steak is very bad, nothing like the one from Mexico, it is hard and doesn't taste good, I don't recommend it
